Specialties
MASF is a small, expert team that utilizes a revolutionary, non-invasive approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances, joint instability and limitations in range of motion within the human body. This systematic approach allows us to jump-start the muscles in our clients in order for them to function with maximum efficiency. What separates MASF in injury rehabilitation and prevention is the tremendous skill and experience our expert MAT Specialists have with the Muscle Activation Techniques combined with the application of bio-mechanics to strengthen the human body. Ultimately, our main goal is to educate and empower our clients to become active participants in their journey towards improved function.
History
Established in 2012.
MASF was created by MAT Specialists Brian Hannah and Stacey Earl in June of 2012. Our vision was to create a beautiful, conveniently located studio that fused Muscle Activation Techniques with biomechanically inspired Pilates and Personal Training, yielding unparalleled results.
