Mr. Shap

My son turned 8! We had a great party at Goodfellas pizza in Pacifica and Mr. Shap came int to entertain the kids with awesome magic tricks and creative balloons for every child whatever they asked. He took the time to create a Yoda birthday cake hat for my son which we still have weeks later. I want to thank you Mr. Shap for making this day memorable for all of us !

We hired Mr. Shap for an event hosted by my organization for families. His balloon art was amazing! He’s very talented and kids of all ages (including myself) loved the balloon art! His magic show was super intriguing and a bunch of big kids were in disbelief with some of his magic tricks. It was definitely fun for all ages! I would hire him again for a future event.

Fantastic show for my daughter’s 6^th birthday! Amazing balloon animals and magic that kids and adults loved. Mr. Shap was also super responsive and easy to book, unlike many magicians who never returned my call.

Mr. Shap made my son’s 5^th Birthday extra special by providing a private show to our immediate family and close friends. He made a special «Tiki Head» birthday crown for my son and our guests left with 2 – 3 incredible balloon creations. As for his magic show, all of us enjoyed his magic tricks because he engaged his audience. It was priceless to see the reactions of the children. I am still trying to figure out he got my quarter into a small case. I guess you will need to see it for yourself.

Mr. Shap came to entertain the kids at my company Halloween Party. Not only were they completely enthralled with his amazing balloon creations, the magic show was entertaining as well! We had just as many adults watching him as kids. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him for parties of all ages.

Mr. Shap is a fantastic balloon artist! Having worked as an event planner for many years, actually spending 2 years specifically in childrens’ entertainment, I can say that he is one of the best I’ve seen. In addition to being incredibly talented, he is patient and friendly. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing him in action at the Walk Like MADD event at Lake Merced. He engaged the kids (young and old) as they enjoyed watching him create some amazing balloon art (wings, hats and mermaids were the most popular asks of the morning).
Mr. Shap gave us some beautiful takeaways from the event and he left such a lovely impression on me, my family, our dance crew and the walkers at the MADD event. Hope to cross paths with him again soon at another event!

Mr. Shap was a huge success at my son’s 4^th Birthday! Adults and children were thoroughly entertained and he was able to hold the attention of children for a very long time. He is an engaging performer and a talented balloon artist! He has a great attention to detail and is very dedicated to his craft.

I hired Mr. Shap for our office summer party, and his balloon creations were so much fun for the kids AND adults! He was very engaging, quick, and creative, and the entertainment value was better than I could have hoped. He made everything from a baseball catcher’s face mask to Elsa to a Hello Kitty bracelet. I would definitely hire him again!

Hired him based on good reviews, he certainly lived up to the hype. Had a 200 person event with people of all ages from newborn babies to senior citizens and Mr. Shap kept them entertained for 2 full hours (he would have gone longer if we booked him longer). A true magician and expert balloon artist. We were thrilled to have him and would definitely book him again.

Mr. Shap is not only a balloon maker but a performer.
I had a party of adults. Who would think balloons would be the life of the party but it did. He added a comedy dialog throughout the demonstration. No lag time. What a classic. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shap recently at an event and was tremendously impressed with his professionalism, talent and enthusiasm for what he does. Passion for what he does oozes out of him. He is truly the Bay Area’s best balloon twister!

I hired Mr Shap for my twin’s first birthday. On my first call with him, he was already talking about his services and things that he can do for the party.
Booking him was so easy and her replies to messages promptly and even confirmed the booking the day before.
Majority of our guest were adults and there were some kids. ALL WERE ENTERTAINED. couple of my guests were even asking me for his contact info!
He came in on time. We had magic show and balloon making. He came in prepared, even with a premade balloon hat for the birthday boys!

Hired Mr. SHAP for my sons first birthday and he was a big hit! My son just loved the train hat balloon he made. A great magic show and the kids and adults loved him! A true professional.

Mister Shap is a professional entertainer, period. He was easy to book with, he arrived on time and was nothing less than gracious & helpful all the way through.
I have VERY high standards when it comes to children’s services, because, frankly, kids deserve the best. It takes a special person to gracefully handle sugared up excited little ones, pulling on pant legs, nearly crying for their balloon companions. Not only graceful, Mr Shap was captivating, hilarious & so very warm.
We hired Mr Shap, per his Unilocal reviews, for our company Family Holiday Party and we were NOT disappointed. He did magic & ballon art (truly an art). Our adult guests were just as entertained as our little guests, ranging in age from 14 to 3 years old. He knew intuitively what would work best with our group and made suggestions accordingly; like when to start the magic show as to allow the adults to eat their meals without interruption!
Mr Shap was great to work with and I would (&will) recommend him to anyone who is looking for wholesome entertainment.

Mr Shap was great for a Halloween party. He was able to engage a mix age (2 – 8) audience, and was able to handle a large number of kids (around 40). His magic tricks are the usual ones that you will find for these types of parties, but his interaction with the kids is what makes it worthwhile. Only reservation I would have is that Mr Shap is ideal for kids in the ages of toddler to 5 – 6.
Overall, we were very satisfied!
