Established in 2011.
Morphic is an exclusive San Francisco hair salon run by owner Mishi Nova and her personally trained team of experts. Founded January of 2011, Morphic has grown from a one-woman shop to an established salon with a phenomenal team of talent and services. Specializing in balayage, ombré, braids, and bridal, Morphic is renowned for its unique artistry, atmosphere, and exceptional client service.
Morphic is dedicated to creating the perfect hair for each and every client. By documenting each session with photographs, the Morphic team is able to create a visual history of the evolution of your hair style. What was your last cut/color and style; what did you like or not like about it when it was fresh; and how has it grown out? Using these perspectives, the Morphic team can help you develop your own personal look and maximize your hair’s potential.
Meet the Business Owner
Mishi N.
Business Owner
Mishi Nova is the heart, soul and owner of Morphic. She is a true hair artist and hero, churning out some of the trendiest and hottest people in San Francisco from her mini beauty lab. Realizing her life’s calling at age 18 in Colorado Springs, Mishi wasted no time honing and perfecting her skills. Beginning with the Toni and Guy Hair Academy, Mishi continued her training and quickly became a stylist in a TG Salon. Like Tony Bennett, Mishi had left her heart in San Francisco and knew that it was time to re-unite. Half a decade later Mishi is here to stay. On a constant quest to perfect her art, Mishi has attended advance training in New York 10 times: 6 at Bumble and Bumble (3 cutting, 2 color, 1 styling class) and 4 at the L’Oreal Professional Soho Academy (4 color classes). Currently, Mishi is working to produce videos and loves learning whats new and old school hair techniques. She also recently presented at her old Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy and at the Renaissance Center.
