It was important for me to feel comfortable with the person who would be doing my wedding makeup as i anticipated i’d be under some stress on the day of! Meeting Minia, i immediately found her to be so friendly, down to earth and yet very professional. It was easy to talk to her and i felt like she understood what i wanted but could recommend what i actually wanted (haha!).
She was responsive throughout and was easy going about all my requests. She answered my beauty questions and made everything simple leading up to the big day.
On the actual day of, she arrived promptly on time with her assistant and they were ready to go! They came in with big smiles and pretty much knew the drill. I can’t thank them enough for reacting so calmly and somehow able to do makeup amongst the madness in the house that day. It felt like we had so many people running around and as little stressors started to pop up, they stayed professional and focused on making us look beautiful.
My makeup looked flawless. I know who to call for my next event and I’ll definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Minia is the BEST! I had my make up done for my cousin’s surprise party. I had sent Minia a picture of the smokey eye that I wanted and she nailed it. I had received so many compliments that evening about how great my eyes looked and felt a little bad I was taking the spotlight from the birthday girl.
Told Minia that I would be contacting her soon for lash extensions.

I love her! I needed to get my hair and make up done for my sisters wedding. I emailed her a week or two before the wedding and she got back to me really quickly. I sent her pictures of my hair and makeup and what I wanted to do and she did exactly what I was looking for. She is so fabulous and I could not be happier with her work. If I have another event I will most absolutely use her again. I highly recommend her and you will not be disappointed.

I can’t rave about Minia enough! I got so lucky finding her through her great reviews on Unilocal.I’ve never had my eyelash extensions last so long (almost two months)! I am not saying that will always happen, I am extremely careful with maintenance!
Minia is so sweet, very reasonable with her pricing, and the best lash job in SF in my opinion and in comparison to my friends’ experiences. I highly recommend!

This is my «go to girl» on a monthly basis for natural luscious eyelashes.
She’s accommodating, and comes in with that good attitude that makes you feel better as soon as she walks in your door. I referred my sister that was getting married to her and Minia delivered. She was on time, professional and all her team made the bridal party feel and look glamorous she is the best out there. I cannot say enough good things about her that’s why I’ll continue to go to her for many years to come.

I had Minia do my makeup for my wedding this past October, and all I can say is that she made getting ready such a calm experience. From the moment she arrived, Minia was so acommodating and she has such a calm demeanor that will put you at ease. She and her assistant (who was also awesome) worked quickly but I always felt in control. At one point, she noticed that I had not done my nails in all the wedding craziness, and INSISTED that she take care of them for me before the ceremony. She did a wonderful and quick job on them so I didn’t have to walk down the aisle with messy nails!
I wore my hair and makeup with confidence and everything stayed in place all day.
She also suggested that I get my eyelashes extended for the occassion, and I was very reluctant at first but I’m SO glad I did. I am now an eyelash fanatic– I’ve done two more lash sessions with her and will continue to use her services for years to come. She makes them look super natural and beautiful and I can’t praise her enough!

Minia is fabulous! I had a full set of lash extensions placed and couldn’t believe what a transformation it made. I immediately felt confident without a stitch of make up on! She is a true artist and makes you look feminine and natural or drop dead gorgeous like when I went for the extra volume set (highly recommended). My daily routine always included liquid liner, curling my lashes, and topping it off with mascara. With these extensions I don’t need any of those things. Plus she is a treat to be around. Easy conversation and always has great tips. Again… Ah-​maze-​ing!

Minia and her assistant, Debbie, did hair and makeup for my wedding in October and I am very happy I went with them! Minia was very easy to work with through planning and scheduling. She is easy to reach, and responds to calls and/​or texts quickly.
I did both a trial and the wedding day with her and Debbie. They are both such sweet people and are so great to have there on the craziness of the wedding day. We had a few unexpected things happen in the morning of the wedding day, and I was beginning to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Minia really talked me through it, gave me advise and her opinion on how to handle it, and was just such a calming presence!
My hair and makeup lasted well through the day even though it was 100 degrees at my all-​outdoor wedding. I am so happy with the results and so glad I went with Minia for the wedding. She is really amazing at what she does, such a professional, and has such an easy going and fun personality. She will work with you on what look you want, and you will not be disappointed!

Minia recently did my eyelashes for my wedding, AND THEY WERE AMAZING! I asked for a volume set for as much va va voom as possible, and they did not disappoint! Not only were they gorgeous, but they were super comfortable and have lasted forever! A lot of them are still on a month later after lots of swimming on the honeymoon =)

I generally don’t wear much make-​up and it was important to me to not look or feel too ‘made-​up’.
Minia created a beautiful look that I was delighted with. My hair (up-​do) held throughout the ceremony and into the night.
Not only is Minia extremely talented at what she does, but her personality and demeanor makes one feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. She is just great to be around.
She was in communication with me throughout the lead up to the wedding day and offered useful tips on what to do to prepare for ‘the big day’.

I am so pleased with Minia and her assistant! I got married last Saturday and was feeling jittery of course the morning of. Minia and her assistant arrived with the right vibes and personality I needed. They both are so sweet and fun and their energy allows for you to relax and be pampered.

I have used Minia for my wedding, boudoir photo shoot and other photo shoots; words cannot describe what a beautiful, fun person she is. Of course her work is flawless.
She is super reliable and professional. She came to my house 5 am in the morning to get me ready, I mean COME ON! She works really really hard.
MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: HAVE PICTURES WHAT OF YOU WANT/​LIKE. It just makes it that much easier to communicate when you do.

Minia and her assistant did hair and makeup for me and two bridesmaids on my wedding day in May. They came to the hotel right on time, were friendly and professional, and most importantly, did a phenomenal job. Everyone was ecstatic about the results! I received a lot of compliments about my hair and makeup, which stayed pristine the entire evening.
