Mike Khunis – New Marina Real Estate Solutions

I’ve worked with Mike on two purchases and a refinance. He has proven to be an extremely knowledge and hardworking broker and real estate agent. He always made me feel comfortable and proposed multiple options to make sure our deal will go through. One time Mike could not get me a better deal than a regular back without hesitation he gave me a contact at retail bank and said I should not go through him and I’ll get a better deal in the regular bank. Talk about honest broker.
Our last deal was not a cookie cutter loan but Mike was able to get us a loan, where other banks could not even come close. He first outlined a plan for us and then executed it with perfection. He has also helped us find our new house in SF, and negotiated a best deal for us.
I am very comfortable with Mike and will use him again to buy, sell or finance real estate in the future.

1) he is both a buyers agent as well as a mortgage broker
2) he is very email friendly, and can work with you via email for 90% of the homebuying process
This has made it very easy for us to buy a house. We described what we were looking for, he periodically emailed us MLS listings, and then we toured the ones we liked. Once we found a house we wanted, Mike emailed us all the forms, we filled them out and faxed them back, and he took care of the rest, but always kept us in the loop on the process. Since he’s a mortgage broker, he’s was able to move fast with the loan and coordinate the whole buying process easily.
He’s also very detailed oriented, efficient, and is a pleasure to work with.
We don’t plan on moving again for a long time to come, but if we do, I know the first person I’m going to call to find a new house!
