I have been training with Erich & Lauren for about 3 months now, and have made great progress in strength & mobility. Their approach is very different from any I have seen before. They focus almost entirely on gymnastics based bodyweight exercises(head/handstand, pullups, planche, front levers, one leg squats etc), which are extremely effective in building«functional» strength aka the ability to move one’s own body in multiple ways while having the strength & flexibility to avoid injury. One thing which sets them apart from other trainers I see is that they are extremely strict on form, and will spend a ton of time making sure we are doing things correctly, not«cheating». As impressive/intimidating as these exercises are, Erich & Lauren do a great job of customizing the approach, and building very basic progressions with the goal of constantly making incremental progress which quickly adds up. I should say, I am probably one of the most challenging people to train in this manner since I am 6’6″ and have a nagging injury in my shoulder I need to work around. However, they were able to come up with modifications and programming that suited me perfectly and helped me make great progress(ex. going from not being able to even do a «tripod» headstand with my knees resting on my elbows to being able to hold a perfect headstand for 2+minutes), but I also have greatly improved the strength in my stabilizing muscles & core which has helped my shoulder even more than physical therapy did. Aside from their program being effective, Erich & Lauren are both great to work with. They are extremely invested in their clients success, and are very flexible with scheduling & generous with their time. It is clear that helping people is their passion, not just a business, and I really enjoy spending time with them. Bottom Line: I highly recommend their program to anyone looking to get stronger, gain mobility & flexibility or just have fun!

Erich and Lauren specialize in body weight exercises(headstands, planches, etc). They do a great job of customizing a training plan for each individual and focus on helping make people be more functional. Their exercises focus on making you stronger so that you get injured less. I used to run a lot and taking these classes has been completely different. It doesn’t feel like I’m working out. It feels like we are just having fun doing gymnastics like movements. However, I have not stopped being sore so clearly it’s more than just fun! I have learned how to do headstands(and my abs have been incredibly sore — I guess I didn’t use them as much as a runner), have been able to do pullups(which has helped me improve my posture), have gained a lot more flexibility and balanced out any imbalances in my body in terms of weak/strong muscles and opening up hips, shoulders, etc. So, if you want to get a full body exercise and be stronger, healthier while having fun Erich and Lauren are the right people to help you out.
