Kickbox Fitness is full-body martial arts workout taught by personal trainer Dante Jeavon in San Francisco. If you want to lose weight, sculpt your body, learn to protect yourself, or just plain get into shape, this workout is for you. This workout incorporates calisthenics, stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, and martial arts techniques. Regular, non-kickboxing workouts are also available.
