I am so glad I had Lynnette as my realtor. I (seller) had a difficult situation. My Mother (95) was in the process of healing from a broken shoulder. We could not move her for house showings. Lynnette handled the open house and showings in such a professional and comforting way. She worked around my Mother’s situation.
We had a very difficult closing. They buyers did not execute in accordance with the sales contract terms. The buyers and their realtor were not honest and fair. Lynnette handled the situation professionally even under an extremely challenging situation. I am glad she kept a cool business head, even though I wanted to serve notice to the buyers. She helped me focus on keeping my emotions aside and getting the deal done.
When I am ready to buy another house she will definitely be my realtor. Did I mention that she is very well connected in the industry?

Very unprofessional. Stay away, esp. if she is the seller’s agent.
