Bobbi helped us find a house in Bernal Heights, in our budget and over a long time searching and negotiating she was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took a long time to get into house due to issues with the financing (banks and TIC partner prolonged our escrow process significantly) but during that time Bobbi constantly followed up with us, the bank, the other agent and all parties to align and help and speed up the process.
Bobbi had great contacts in the lending industry, but also after purchase she helped a lot with setting up handymen, accounts (PG&E) etc.
We highly recommend her as a knowledgeable professional and for her great sense of humor!

Bobbi was the best real estate agent. She slowly walked us through every step of the process as this was our first home ownership experience. She provided the knowledge of real estate, but also a therapeutic touch not forcing us to make decisions we were not comfortable with. Bobbi helped us find our house and was totally awesome. She is knowledgeable about the market and knows tons about SF and all the neighborhoods.
