What a treat! I stopped into LOHO bride to look for shoes and purse, as I had already purchased a gown from the Mews in Knotting Hill. Christy was soooo welcoming and accommodating, I was amazing at the level of service, especially given that I wasn’t even buying a gown! She even sent me a dust bag to store my purse in months later, free of charge! My only regret is not buying my wedding dress here. I wish I had known it existed, because the care and attention I received here was miles beyond that which I received at the Mews! Definitely worth the trip, even from the East Coast. Thanks again, Christy!

LOHO is my happy place and I’m so excited I stumbled upon it before our wedding last year.
I dreaded searching for a wedding dress because what I wanted was basically a non-​wedding dress, or a not white dress, or something that was truly unexpected but glamorous, comfortable, two pieces… I was almost certain it didn’t exist. However, I was able to find exactly what I had dreamed of, which no one else had, and that was truly unique and perfect for me. Christy was incredibly patient with all of my requests to have the designer report back on changes that I wanted made to the dress (crazy requests that included cutting and color and a ton of little changes), and the whole LOHO staff was supportive and caring throughout the whole process.
It’s obvious that in addition to an amazing eye for style and design, that they take extreme care to make each person’s experience exciting, personal, and not cliché.

Before even getting engaged I knew I wanted a romantic and relaxed wedding gown with French lace. I was considering flying to New York or London (!) and then LOHO Bride opened just in time. Christy keeps it real and her impeccable style is apparent by the no-​fuss décor, and straight up cool vibe that makes LOHO what it is. At my appointment, I was lucky enough to meet the designer of my dress, Elise Hameau, and chat with her over a few glasses of champagne. I tried on simple lace a-​line dresses, sexier 2-​piece looks, silky slips with lace overlays, and the «one” — a full circle silk crêpe gown with calais lace, sweetheart neckline and plunging back. The whole process went smoothly and I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t check out LOHO if you’re on the hunt for a gorgeous gown.

I got married in October and bought my dress from this gorgeous studio run by the lovely Christy. I was fortunate enough to have three very important ladies join me for dress shopping — including my mom who you could say is… very particular :) LOHO was our last stop of the day and everyone was awed as soon as we walked into the studio, including my mom who mentioned how beautiful and serene it was as soon as you stepped in. And on top of that, all the dresses I tried on were unique and quite different from the other studios I’d visited that day. Not only were the cuts interesting, they were well-​made — Christy does a great job a making sure that she also brings in quality dresses. Thanks to LOHO for a seamless process — I purchased my veil there as well and everything went off without a hitch. She also recommended a seamstress whom I also used and that made my dress fit every nook and cranny to a tee. I love that LOHO offers dresses with character and great to see the business grow.

If you are looking for the best bridal experience in Northern California, Loho Bride is the place to go. Christy is the best hands-​down!
The shop is beautiful and chic. From the minute you walk in, Christy makes you feel at ease and special. For me and my future sister-​in-​law, she popped a bottle of champagne for both of us to sip on throughout the dress trying-​on process.
As I tried on dresses, she photographed me in each one from different angles with a DSLR camera and then sent me all the files afterwards so that I could compare how the dresses looked photograph. This was amazing and really shows how Christy goes above and beyond to make sure every bride is happy! No other bridal boutique that I know of does this type of treatment. Seeing how the dress photographs is super helpful considering it is what you will be wearing on the most photographed day of your life. I love that Christy included the photos in the experience!
Lastly, every dress in the boutique is so special and beautiful. From ones that had intricate beading from india, to up-​and-​coming French designers that truly know how to incorporate lace in their designs, all of them are «wow» dresses. If you want to wear a dress that truly is stunning and not «run of the mill» Loho bride is the place to go.

Clearly everyone else has already covered what a great shop this is. Out of the 5 shops I went to, I definitely had the best overall experience here. They gave my mom and I champagne upon entering and we had the whole shop to ourselves during my appointment.
I would not classify myself as a BOHO bride but I still found two dresses that were gorgeous (and well within my budget!). Ultimately I ended up going with something slightly more traditional from another shop, but for someone looking for something a little more casual and unique, this is definitely the shop for you. I was dying for a crop top/​skirt combo for my wedding and this was the ONLY shop that had an option to try! Clearly a bit more cutting edge than some of the more traditional shops.
I did wish they had a slightly larger selection, but I think they offer a well curated selection of dresses for a particular bride.

I went to two shops before loho and was feeling a little under whelmed. From the moment I walked into the door I felt like this was where I was supposed to be. My family agreed. Britton was a sweet heart and helped me get in and out of dresses. She wasn’t pushy at all (which we had experienced at another bridal salon) she was all about me finding the perfect dress. I did! And I could not be happier! Btw I traveled all the way from Utah to go to loho. Literally bought a ticket, a hotel room, and flew in a few family members just to go to this shop. If this doesn’t say dedication I don’t know what does. Thank you loho for providing the perfect experience.

If I could give these ladies 10 stars I would. Loho Bride is the bridal salon for the anti «basic bitch». They are modern, tasteful, and just the right bit of edgy. Their studio is the stuff of dreams. They treat you like a friend and give you champagne. I love them.
As a newly engaged, non-​traditional lady, navigating the wedding dress salons of SF was getting a little brutal. Think stuffy, rushed, overpriced, sterile… bleh! I had been put into one too many princess gowns and was beginning to lose all hope when I looked up an indie dress brand I liked and stumbled upon Loho. *enter dramatic orchestral music *
I came so so close to getting my wedding dress here — twice! (I eventually decided to design my own dress). I did get a beautiful Stone Cold Fox kimono here and will send every newly engaged friend of mine to Christy because loho is truly the best and I want to support them as much as I can. If you are recently engaged and want a beautiful, unique, reasonably priced gown, go to Loho before you go anywhere else. I promise, you will be happy you did.

LOHO bride is a dream come true. They provide beautiful gowns at affordable prices. Christy opened the store with that in mind, making gowns accessible to virtually everyone interested.
I am one of those girls that really doesn’t need an over extravagant wedding dress. Walking into LOHO I immediately feel in love with the gown choices. They are simple yet detailed. And it is all in the details! I saw dresses with little touches like gorgeous beading, small train, cut outs and sheer overlays.
Not to mention the customer service! Christy is so relatable and friendly. You feel instantly welcome and with her attention to detail, you can tell she is passionate and really cares about your special day. She isn’t afraid to throw out suggestions, get in the dressing room with you and help zip up. Really just all hands on deck. Which is SO welcomed in my opinion. As all brides know, looks at dresses is exhausting. With all the choices it is good to have an expert opinion from someone who you can relate to.
Bo and Luca turned out to be my favorite line and the one I went with. I am so happy to have found out about Bo and Luca and that LOHO bride carries the line!
I will recommend this store to any and all of my friends. I’m pretty obsessed with it.

LOHO bride is incredible! I walked in and walked out with my wedding dress 30 minutes later! I had found the dress I wanted via their website– showed up, tried it on, and bought it right then! Christy was super nice and very helpful. I didn’t do the whole champagne, ipod experience, but I wish I did! I was so excited once I found my dress, that I forgot to check out accessories, so I returned a week later. They carry a bunch of amazing designers which they showcase on their website. This is the place to find your dress!

This place is amazing, I enjoyed everything about it. If you’re looking for a unique dress, as well as a more intimate, low key experience, this is the place for you.
The dresses are totally different from anything else I’ve seen in the city. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, which was actually selected by Christy, the owner of the boutique. Speaking of Christy, she is the best. Incredibly warm and helpful, knows what looks good on your body and is very accommodating.

I stumbled upon Loho’s Webpage while I was looking for stores that carried Daughters of Simone gowns in San Francisco… and I am glad I did!
I wish I could give 10 stars to Christy! She is really warm, helpful and she wants you to find the best gown that fits you. In addition to helping me to find my dream dress, Christy helped me with her suggestions of accessories, shoes and crown. She is also very quick to respond to emails which makes your experience really smooth.

LOHO Bride is the stuff of bohemian bridal dreams. As an unconventional anti-​bride, I loathed the idea of dress shopping — I had every intention of ordering a gown online and calling it a day. When this plan failed, LOHO Bride came in to save the day. I discovered the boutique while searching for a stockist of an Australian bridal line that I’d come to lust after (Bo & Luca). I booked an appointment at Loho Bride and was pleasantly surprised at the level of personalization in the reservation process. The owner, Christy, gets to know your personality, wedding atheistic, and expectations for your appointment so she can tailor the gown fitting specifically for you.
The shop is a cozy, intimate and stylish space that is entirely your own during the appointment. I literally wanted to move in — the place is so beautiful! Christy walks you though the different labels that she carries, and lets you look through the rack and pick out your favorites to try on. The assortment is beautifully curated, with a wide range of price points. You won’t find any cupcake-​y wedding dresses here — this shop is made for bohemian/​modern/​edgy/​non-​traditional brides who appreciate fashion. Christy photographs you in each dress and follows up your appointment with an e-​mail including all of your photos and details on your favorite gowns. Be sure to check out her amazing headpieces to complete your look!
To top it off, Christy herself is an absolute gem. Trying on dresses with her felt like I was shopping with a friend. I visited LOHO Bride of three separate occasions as I had a hard time making a decision between dresses, and Christy welcomed me back each visit with a smile and a hug — there was no pressure to purchase.
I visited a total of five bridal salons during my dress search (in both LA and SF) — none of them held a candle to LOHO Bride. My advice to you — save yourself the headache and book your first appointment here.

I was so turned off by the idea of bridal dress shopping. The idea of buying ‘the’ dress of my life (or at least the one to be the most extensively photographed) seemed like nothing but a huge wad of potential stress and feelings of inferiority.
In steps Loho Bride. It was the only bridal appointment I made and I came back to purchase a dress the following day. I’ve had a harder time buying cocktail dresses for other people’s weddings than buying my own wedding dress.
Christy is a goddess woman. She is so nice and welcoming and chill and on top of things that I can’t believe her business is only half a year old. There was no pressure to buy something the day of our appointment and she actually let us look through the racks ourselves. The collection is extremely well curated so that nothing is grossly overpriced and nothing looks like anything else (as opposed to more mainstream stores with 50 different strapless dresses). If you’re looking for something truly fashion forward (and GORGEOUS) you should definitely make Loho your first bridal appointment, because you will probably find something and save yourself TONS of time and stress.

I am over the moon, beyond words thrilled about my experience at Loho. To start off Christy was amazing in our interactions via email while setting up the appt. She was very flexible, and quick to respond. I fell in love with everything about her website. The dresses all looked amazing, and the concept of catering to the NON traditional Bride was right up my alley.
Now for the day of experience. We walked in her adorable space that smelled of delicious Anthropology candles. The space was fresh, clean, and intimate. Instead of feeling stuffing, and factory like, it truly felt like walking into a girlfriends amazing closet to try on gowns. The bubbly was popped and we got to business. She allowed me to pick out dresses that was interested in. The gown I had seen online that I was swooning over was the first up. I was concerned that maybe I wouldn’t love it as much on. I was WRONG! It met every expectation! It was like no dress I have ever seen before. Of course we ran through some other perspectives, all beautiful. Christy made sure to document all the dresses with her own professional camera. As we reached the end of the options we went back to the first pick. She finished me off with some accessories and I was all smiles.
Something that is very obvious is Christy is every bit of passionate about her business. I feel truly blessed that I found her, and found the dress of my dreams!

LOHO (League of Her Own) Bride was exactly the boutique I had been looking for! I had visited multiple bridal stores in San Francisco, but kept walking out of them like I had seen those dresses a million times over. LOHO is truly a unique store. The dresses and the customer service are top notch and unforgettable. Christy and Amanda are absolutely wonderful, laid-​back, have a great eye for style, are quick to email you back, and make wedding dress shopping a fun and easy experience. The studio is sleek and lounge-​y and private for you and your guests. The appointments are so personalized– they set up playlists based off tunes you like; drinks and champagne are bubblin; and Christy takes photos during your appointment so you and your friends can truly focus on the dresses and not have to worry about fumblin with camera phones.
Lastly and just as important, their dresses are for the uncoventional bride that still wants to look chic. I was so happy with the variety of dresses, from boho to modern, from Australian to NY-​based designers, to white ready-​to-​wear dresses and hand-​selected vintage pieces. Even the accessories are spot-​on.
I couldn’t have been more thrilled to see a boutique like LOHO open in the city… FINALLY!

This was the first place I tried on dresses and it was a phenomenal experience. You get the entire salon to yourself (which is beautiful) and both Christy and Amanda were such a great team in helping me select dresses to try on. They also played fun music and took great photos of me in the dresses with their professional camera. They were also great about following up via email and I especially appreciated their thorough questionnaire prior to my appointment. It felt like they took the time to get to know me beforehand, which helped me narrow down what styles I might like.

LOHO Bride was my first visit to a bridal salon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The salon is on the 2^nd floor of a nondescript building in the design district, but as soon as you enter, you feel you’ve stepped into an intimate and impeccably styled sanctuary. Amazing textures abound — fluffy pillows, soft carpets, moroccan wedding blankets, all in shades of white or cream. And of course the silks and satins and laces of the dresses. Plus the room gets beautiful light.
But the best part is the hospitality and warmth — Christy and Amanda were so welcoming and lovely to me and my family. It’s a private fitting, with only one client at a time, and they offer champagne and beverages and a personalized playlist. Christy, the owner, in particular, has amazing vision and style, and was a great guide through their fabulous dress selection. It’s tightly edited, but every piece is special, and there’s a wide range of price points — from ready to wear under $ 1K by Stone Cold Fox to couture pieces by Houghton in the $ 7K range.
I ended up staying way past my allotted hour because there were so many dresses I wanted to try on, and Christy generously worked through her break. She’s taking photos throughout with a serious camera so it feels like a photoshoot, and then you get pics of your favorites by email.
All in all, a dreamy, beautifully thought out experience. Thanks so much Christy and the LOHO Bride team!

BOHO-​CHIC BRIDAL BOUTIQUE OF MY DREAMS! My gown fitting at LOHO Bride was truly and honestly a magical experience! Christy is passionate, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, GORGEOUS, and very relaxed. She creates a comfortable, authentic, and unique experience for all of her brides. The office space is bright, happy and beautifully styled. AND THE DRESSES! Oh the dresses! There is a gorgeous selection of non-​traditional, exciting, inspiring, whimsical, feminine and dreamy gowns to swoon over. There is such a variety of styles, designers and materials to experiment with. And a word of advice– trust Christy’s instincts! What I thought I liked, I didn’t. And what I never would have considered, I loved!
A few special and thoughtful touches that really took my experience to the next level– champagne for my girls and I, my favorite jams playing in the background, and photos taken of all the dresses I connected with, which were then emailed to me the following day so I could revisit all the magic. I was having bridal nightmares after watching too much say yes to the dress, and after stumbling upon Lohos instagram page, and the designers they were featuring I was hooked and set up an appointment! (which was easy, Christy, the owner, is prompt to respond to emails!)
Christy was FANTASTIC, she has an incomparable selection of unique, bohemian, non-​cookie cutter dresses. She takes photos of you in each dress so you can remember why you liked what you liked.
I would 100% recommend Loho bride for any bride who wants a unique and beautiful dress.
