I represent owners in renting their unique properties and provide a full range of leasing services including appraising units, marketing on various web outlets, showing, checking prospective renters backgrounds and providing the lease and legal documents. I can also assist in helping you set up a personal management system or provide full management services through our Hill & Co. Property Management company.

I represent tenants in helping them find suitable housing within their price range and desired neighborhoods, and assist in navigating this difficult rental landscape. I help give you the competitive advantage you need to get the unit you want! I can also provide relocation services.
