History

Established in 1995.

Robert B. Abel, Jr., Esq. founded the law firm after 6 years with the district attorney’s office prosecuting criminal jury trials, and 7 years defending claims for insurance behemoth American International Group.

Mr. Abel found representing insurance companies unfulfilling and contrary to his personal beliefs. He realized that his true passion was representing individuals.

Perhaps the most rewarding part of Mr. Abel’s profession are the relationships he has forged with clients upon bringing resolution to difficult periods in clients’ lives. His goal in every case is to provide clients with the ability to move forward with optimism, security, and confidence.

Robert B. Abel, Jr., Esq. was a Florida native until 1988 when he relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. He resides in Marin County with his wife and two daughters, where he enjoys coaching youth sports, playing tennis, and hiking during his spare time. He is licensed with the State Bar to practice law in California.
