I wish I could give Ryan 10 stars. Ryan was highly, highly recommended to me by attorneys who faced off against him. I reached out to Ryan via email about a dispute with my landlord, and he was extremely responsive. The dispute was about mold, lead, and asbestos. Ryan is an expert in this area of law. My case might be too small for him, but he spent a significant period of time giving me pointers on how to handle the situation if I was going about it myself. Ryan exceeded my expectations!

Michael has been very helpful and responsive. i called the firm for legal consultant for my small claims case. The Defendent was definitely playing games, and Michael responded me through email on the same day, and gave me great advice on how to deal this tricky situation. I contacted him through phone for a consultation and I left him a voicemail. He timely contacted me and gave me the time to meet with him in person for 1 hour at no charge consultation! The majority of lawyers provide a consultation on the phone for 5 to 15 minutes maximum at no charge, though he truly cares for your case and to give you the best advice!
I went to his office, he was very professional and he listened to my case and gave me sincerely the best advice! Even after the meeting, when I had a follow-​up questions he would answer me timely!

This is a firm that is good to have on your side. I called them after a two-​year long mold issue in my rental. Ryan Vlasik negotiated successfully with my landlord and his attorneys, and I was able to move out and move on with peace of mind. When I came to the firm I was at the end of my ability to cope with the situation after having suffered multiple health issues as a result of my sensitivity to the mold. When our landlords had their contractors refinish their floors using toxic chemicals without telling us we didn’t know what to do. Even the SF Tenant’s Union told us this happens all the time in order to force renters out of their homes and that they would probably get away with it.

We started out with a notice that our tenancy was over, and that we were expected to move out on March 5, 2011. We are now writing this review from the same apartment we’ve had since 2009. Obvious success there.
We have never had experience being evicted before, and not only were we able to fight it successfully with Ryan Vlasak’s help, but we were calmed down every step of the nerve-​racked way.
He was very professional during our meetings and phone calls, and he made it very easy to understand where we stood at any given point. At first, we expected things to go a lot quicker (i.e. we’d refuse to move out, then the same day they’d respond with their next demand, etc.), but in fact there was a lot more waiting involved than anything else. Throughout this time, he was very understanding of our anxiety and told us that we didn’t really have to do much.
There were several instances when we left several frantic messages on his phone and shot him a couple of emails, and all he told us to do was forward him what we got, and he’d check it out. After a day or two of stressful waiting, we’d hear this: dont’ worry about it, just sit tight. We know this sounds like it was a negative thing, but believe us when we say that this was one of the pluses of having Ryan on our side. He really took charge of the situation, and we could tell right away that he knew his stuff. Once we accepted this, the stress just evaporated.
Ryan Vlasak, and as far as we’re concerned, Bracamontes & Vlasak, are «As good as it gets!» If we were faced again with any situation that escalated to a point beyond our ability to handle, Ryan would be our first stop.
P. S. — as a bonus, since there was neither a money settlement or court proceedings, we didn’t have to pay anything for this grade-​A representation!

Had many great experiences using these guys. As a lot of us all know, finding good legal representation isn’t the easiest thing to do, but when you do find it, you stick with them.
