Ken has inspected over 3000 homes in San Francisco since 1995. He has worked on hundreds of homes in San Francisco, specializing in structural, foundation and earthquake retrofits for the last 20 years. His varied experience has given him a unique understanding of older San Francisco Homes.

Business Owner

Ken Kelton is a 5^th generation San Franciscan, a family man and a home owner. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and has been in construction for over 40 years. Detailed examination of over 3,000 homes has given him a unique insight into the particular structural and maintenance issues common with the city’s older housing stock and for the challenges & opportunities in remodeling.
