Jude was amazing. This is a big statement coming from me, as I’m a former real estate agent (7 years) and very choosey about those I work with in the field.
I had previously spoken to another mortgage broker that essentially said there was no way I could qualify for the loan I wanted, and that I would need a hard money (read: super expensive) loan from private lenders.
When I spoke to Jude, she immediately said «Oh, I know a commercial loan product at a much lower interest rate that would work great for you!». I was astonished and amazed at how quickly she pre-​approved me for this new loan — and at just 4% interest!
There were tons of challenges along the way that could have killed the loan with any other broker, but Jude is super smart, diligent and patient, and she deftly maneuvered me through them. Thank you Jude… you rock!
I’m stoked to have worked with her and I give her my highest recommendation.

Jude helped us with a traditional mortgage while buying our first house. Her advice and recommendations were a big help when we we’re first starting out in an area that was unfamiliar. Jude got us pre-​approved and she was extraordinarily responsive throughout the whole process. We had a difficult closing, which was stressful for all involved, but Jude made sure things stayed on the rails and helped us push through to complete the sale. Her professionalism and responsiveness made all the difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to a friend.

After dealing with our bank directly in the SF house hunting with no luck, we met Jude at a friend’s BBQ and decided to give her a try. Why? The intel she gave us in one talk over cheeseburgers at the park was more than we received from any meeting or call we had with several people at Wells. Jude knocked it out of the park — we are now in a lovely home in the Mission.

WOW. What can I say, Jude really pulled out all the stops for me in my refinance from an FHA to traditional 30-​year fixed — we started the process almost a year ago, and I was unable to complete the refinance for various reasons and was a little disheartened. Jude stuck with me and — this is the awesome part — CALLED me out of the blue six months later when she thought conditions were perfect for me to complete the re-​fi, based on the financial goals I’d presented to her.
Well, she was 100% right. And she was super fast, and super efficient with my time, and gave me everything I needed to understand the package and make all the pieces hold together. And when the process was done, I ended up saving significant funds at closing and took a huge bite out of my monthly payment. All my goals met, and Jude made it happen!
I’ll definitely be buying her a drink to celebrate, and of course singing her praises to anyone who is in the market for a home or re-​fi — call Jude!

Jude was wonderful to work with. My fiancé and were refinancing our home under some very special circumstances. We had no idea if it was even possible but she made it happen. It was our first time and were very new to this. Throughout the process, we encountered many speed bumps that would have caused us stress but she had the solution before we even had the chance to worry. Jude was an amazing mortgage officer for us when my wife and I were looking for our first home earlier this year. Being first time home buyers, we had the usual host of questions, all of which Jude answered patiently and thoroughly. She explained numerous different scenarios and helped place us with the right loan in a very competitive market.
Jude really went above and beyond, meeting with us in person several times and making herself constantly available via email and phone. I was halfway through a difficult escrow and frustrated with my bank. A friend recommended I call Jude and she was so helpful! She told me that she could get me a better rate, but the hassle and the time it would take switching lenders late in the game might be too risky for me and wouldn’t save me enough to make it worth the headache. She seemed to care more about me getting the house than her getting the commission. A true professional, so rare today when everyone is scrambling just to get by.
I wish I had met Jude just a couple of weeks earlier and hope this review will help someone else get the best deal possible. I hope to work with her in the future.
