Business Owner

Justin is a Northern California native and a UC Berkeley graduate who has lived in San Francisco for over 25 years. He earned his master’s degree in accounting from Golden Gate University and has worked at a Big Four accounting firm and at local firms that serve small businesses. He has performed accounting for startups in the Internet, computer hardware, software, apparel, retail, hedge fund, and venture capital industries. He has also audited large, publicly traded companies that comply with US GAAP and SEC regulations. Before working in accounting, Justin was a business journalist. He is still a prolific blogger.
