You won’t find lard, MSG, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils at 360 Gourmet Burritos! Our sauces are all made in-​house and we strive to feature as many local ingredients as possible, never carrying GMO foods. We’ve evolved into areas such as vegetarian, vegan, low sodium, and even gluten-​free so the health-​minded individual will never have to worry about what to order when they walk through our doors. We even offer catering, perfect for caring for a variety of diets at your office meeting or special occasion!

History

Established in 1996.

It was in 1986 that owner Sam’s friend and mentor Wafi decided to open what would later become 360 Gourmet Burritos in Albany, CA. He called it Hot Shop Gourmet Burritos, and it still is being operated there under that name. Today the first 360 Gourmet Burritos being credited as store number one is in Alameda, CA. We have evolved from a restaurant focused on pristine ingredients to include vegetarian, vegan, low sodium, and gluten-​free options as well! 25 years ago this was all unheard of but today we are proud to cater to health-​minded individuals looking for truly flavorful foods!

This place is okay. I like the people who run it but the people who prepare the food don’t speak English, and they got my order wrong today. Not happy but I will go back again and just check the order to be certain it’s correct. I wish the people that run the place would do that. I hate having to «follow-​up» on anything. That’s what I’m paying you for. Just sucks.

Came here to grab some late lunch. Ordered a full a chicken burrito with chips. First, lady forgot to give me chips, which was no biggie. The other lady confirmed and gave me the chips. I walked back to work which was a good 3 blocks. Settled into my desk and took a bite. Before chewing I noticed the meat looked dark. I spit out my food and realized it was steak. I do not eat red meat. At this point I was contemplating going back or forget it and slam then on Unilocal.Then I decided, screw it. I’ll go back. I’m not wasting my $ 10 spent on something I didn’t eat. So, I walked all the way back there for them to get it right. Ugh. What a waste of my short 30 min lunch time just because they don’t bother to repeat your order to confirm. Never in a million years would I have accidentally ordered steak. Now I have 5 – 10 mins of lunch.
One star for a decent burrito and one star for getting me the CORRECT order in a timely manner.

I like their veggie bowl which is a filling meal. Beans, rice and veggies with Cajun spice adds nice flavour. And when you ask for spicy they make it spicy! So be warned if you are not the kind that can handle the hotness.

Love the breakfast burritos and their salsa bar. I haven’t had lunch here but I often go here for a quick breakfast. They recently started serving veg sausage, so far so good.

Good:
Gluten Free options clearly marked and plentiful (yay as a celiac)
Add veggies to your burrito or bowl for cheap
Different Flavors than your typical burrito joint (thai, indian etc)
Price is decent for amount of food/​area.
Bad:
Guacamole is bland :(
Wait times can get long at lunch.
Ugly:
Older Registers/​Credit card machine seem to slow down the order taking/​payment process, maybe they should consider switching to square?

I work in the building so I eat here quite often. Good food for a good price, I have trouble finding a flavorful «mexican» style burrito in the city so I wouldn’t be able to rate this place on that. They have good service and a quick response time. I have gotten breakfast here and loved it, I eat lunch here more often than I should but I really like it compared to the other options around.

Just got a Cajun chicken spinach burrito. This is one of the very few places in San Francisco where I found Cajun flavors along with Mexican food.
Fair prices & moderate service time.
Taste is good not great though.
One thing better than chipotle is, they have more options & flavors

I love their burritos. Food tastes really good. Lunch burritos super good. But my all time favorite is their California breakfast tacos. Breakfast cheese sandwich is good too. Super heavy. I eat here at least 3 times a week. Don’t know why they have such bad review.

I can’t speak for lunch, but I swear by their breakfast tacos! These things make my day! Especially when they leave the tortilla on the flat top for a while and it gets kind of crispy. And for $ 2.75 for 2 tacos, you can’t beat the price! A must is the verde salsa!
And, if you’re wanting a high protien, fiber packed, healthy breakfast, get the Ron.
Just ate breakfast and my tummy is happy!

OK, so this place has crap cardboard-​like chips and charges $ 0.75 extra for them, so that sucks, but the creativity of the burritos, by meshing Thai, curry, and Cajun flavors with Mexican is awesome, and tastes amazing and spicy and exotic just like I like my food.
Seriously, I would recommend the Cajun steak and prawn burrito to anyone. You get good tortilla choices (tomato, wheat, spinach, etc) and a good amount of food, I am always content, and full, and all spiced up when I leave.
Btw, their salsa bar has several choices and isn’t half bad.
Tough critics out there. Maybe I just love their food so I gave an overzealous 4 stars, but this chain and this location especially doesn’t deserve a paltry 2 stars!
It might have such a low star rating because it’s in the Salesforce building where most everyone thinks they are really «special» (according to themselves) just kidding (sort of) :)

So, my first burrito experience (although I have had Mexican food many times).
In short; the two stars are for the staff — welcoming and polite.
The ‘traditional chicken burrito’ that I had was cold, fairly poor quality chicken and, well, just really bland.
I’m not being facetious when I say that the tortilla was the tastiest part.
It’s going to take quote a bit of persuading before I try a burrito again — and it won’t be here.

Home of the ‘Bleh’ burrito. Possibly the blandest, most forgettable chicken burrito available in SF. If you want some more flavorful chicken, go to Teriyaki Express in the same food court.

My thirst for some steak tacos was too real. I live in SoMa and work in the FiDi –_​_​_​– aka ghost towns to Mexican food restaurants. I refuse to settle for corporate (chipotle etc) so I went with this.
Upon arrival, I should have already known to flee — there were ZERO Mexican drinks offered! I can’t.
As I’m squinting my eyes to death to read the damn menu, I see it: 2 tacos for $ 5.99.
OKAY…HOL’ UP. Tacos are like $ 0.50−1.00. Fuck you mean $ 5.99 and NO HORCHATA or JARRITOS? Damn, I would have even been content with a Mexican Coke!
I order my steak tacos… the menu said it came with my choice of meat, salsa and lime dressing of some sort. I ordered cheese, sour cream and guac, it was like an extra $ 3 –_​–
The cashier, Alberto was smug and rude for no apparent reason. My total came to $ 9! WOW THESE BETTER BE SOME «GOURMET» TACOS.
The steak was so dry, I wanted to give up and cry :(

There was no salsa on my tacos, just some sparsely sprinkled shredded cheese and the dry steak drenched in pools of sour cream and guac…
There’s a salsa bar. Go nuts.

Oh, Alberto came over to my table to ask how everything was. I gave a crooked smile and looked away. My disappointment left me at a loss for words.
I could have gotten 2 super tacos WITH chips and salsa at a real Mexican restaurant for $ 4 with succulent steak and the perfect sour cream, salsa, guac and cheese ratio.
This restaurant left me for dead.

Friendly, slow and absolutely no flavor. This is a worthless waste of time and money. Less than $ 8.00 for a super burrito and sadly one of the better Mexican choices in this part of the Financial District.

When LivingSocial had their $ 1 lunch special last Wednesday, I waited too long and all the good lunch spots were sold out. No offense, 360. So I opted for this place despite the reviews and ended up with a «I should have known» experience.
First of all, the wraps were NOT like they were advertised on the menu. In fact, the description on the website says: «Wraps: Like a salad, but wrapped in a tortilla. Fresh greens, tomatoes, red onions and dressing.»
NOWHERE does it say the wraps have rice and beans. That made it more like a burrito, not a salad. And since I can’t eat beans or rice (I’m watching my carbs), I ended up picking apart my wrap, digging out the beans and rice and eating only the meat and soggy lettuce with cheese. Bleh.
Side note: Seriously, lettuce does not belong in a burrito, let alone with rice and beans. Whoever thought of that needs to be slapped. Just gross.
Not surprisingly, I ended up with a stomachache afterward. I only paid $ 1 for my lunch and it was still not worth it.

Two stars for other items, three stars for breakfast.
Their rice bowls are just not good. They offer 5 different flavors to choose from for the bowls… ranging from indian spices to cajun louisiana. Strange, right? Especially since this is supposed to be a Mexican Taqueria type joint. I don’t mind it so much if the flavors were actually good. Unfortunately, they put way too much sauce and it’s way too spicy so I end up sweating to death. In addition, it feels more like I’m having a soup gumbo rather than a mexican rice bowl.
During breakfast time, they have a good variety of cheap eats ranging from $ 2.00 for eggs & toast to $ 2.95 for a meatless breakfast burrito. They do potatoes really well if you’re craving for morning starch. Their organic coffee isn’t bad either.
