I haven’t written a Unilocal review in FOREVER, but I think it’s about time I wrote one up for Jeremy, because he is just that awesome. Actually, I probably shouldn’t and keep him hidden away for myself!
I’ve been going to Jeremy for nearly a year now, and let me just say, he has helped me regain my life back. I have unfortunate back problems that have been plaguing me for the better part of four years, and I’ve seen all manners of physical therapists, spine specialists, and have even had to go in for epidural steroid injections since the pain was just that bad.
Jeremy’s massage therapy is not going to be a quick fix, but he has helped loosen out the kinks over the many, many months, to the point where I can now get through my day, week, month, without any problems and without any medications. Now that my lower back is mostly figured out, we’ve started working on my upper back/​shoulders, which are just as messy with hours spent in front of a computer. Jeremy uses a combination of traditional massage and bodywork, which to me, is more about finding those tight spots and staying there, letting my own body work itself out by using my own weight against his hand to release those knots.
Although I go to Jeremy on average once a week, we’ve made enough progress where if I miss a week or two due to travel/​other commitments, I’m not dying anymore. And each week, I get off the table feeling just a little bit better, and I know there’s progress being made when I can go run, jump, swim, duck, twist, and turn without any problems. He’s worth every penny.

I have carpel tunnel tendencies and I remembered the first time I had a session with him, I told him in all my 10 years of seeking therapy and treatment he gave the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! I still see him monthly years later and due to his good repairing of my body, I’ve been able to reduce seeing him every single week to once every 3 weeks now due to his long term repairing magic!

Jeremy is a great guy and an excellent bodyworker. My back has been a total mess for years, but Jeremy was able to get me feeling like a human being again.
I highly highly recommend him to anyone who has muscle or back pain.

Jeremy offers a top quality service. I have received numerous treatments from him including Jin Shin Jyutsu, Craniosacral Therapy and deep tissue massage. My first treatment from him was amazing for it’s healing effects. Pain that I had experienced for over a year and a half was 98% better. Subsequently treatments have built on that first treatment and continue to cure. He is a great guy as well, and I highly recommend him to anyone, including my own patients. His services are very affordable too.

Magic! No other way to describe Jeremy’s effect on my aches, pains, and stress. I’ve had both deep tissue massage and Jeremy’s specialty, Jin Shin Jyutsu. The latter is similar to acupressure but different… works with pressure points and I can literally feel the tension flowing out of my limbs. Jeremy’s manner is professional and personal, he took time to talk with me about my needs and offered suggestions based on his years of experience. I’ve been to other bodyworkers and I cannot recommend anyone higher! Rates are reasonable and totally worth it.

Jeremy ROCKS! He used to work at PSOAS and broke out on his own. I’ve been going to Jeremy for my carpal tunnel problem and my sore running legs for almost a year now and he has a unique style. He relieves my muscle pain effectively without my feeling like I’m being beat up by my massage therapist, like I have with some other ones. He’s professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended!

Jeremy is the bestest physical therapist I’ve ever been to (and trust me, I’ve been to bunches and my back/​neck/​head are a tension mess). He has an incredilbe technique – what I best describe as a cross between accupressure and Shiatsu (but a therapeutic discipline in itself)…the tension and stress melts away when you let him center you over the course of an hour (or better yet, 1 ½ hours – which I’ve indulged in twice). He’s very much worth the price (it’s quite reasonable in my opinion, given the end result).
