At Jeffrey Goffo Construction we are very service oriented and always available to discuss your project and needs. Quality of work is of the utmost importance and is what separates one remodeling contractor from the other. As a project progresses, I try to find ways to streamline and cut costs, if possible, without jeapordizing the asthetics of the project. Customers sometimes have to make changes or upgrades during the scope of the project whereby I discuss changes and always present any Change Orders in writing to the customer before proceeding with the work.

Jeffrey Goffo Construction has been in business in SF for 21 years this year! We offer a full range of construction services including kitchens, baths, windows, foundations, additions and many other services.

We also offer plan review consultation at an hourly rate if needed. This service is helpful to a client who is working with an architect or designer and needs ballpark pricing on initial drawings or sketches before going to finalized drawing for approval with the Building Department. A client can control construction budget for plans drawn before ending up with plans that will not meet their budget. We look forward to hearing from you and serving your construction needs.

I have been in the remodeling construction business, living in the Noe Valley district of San Francisco for 35 years and have had the pleasure to work on many of the beautiful and historic homes we have here in the Bay Area.

I started my apprenticeship at the very young age of 7 with my father, who was a contractor in Chicago for 55 years. I built additions in Chicago, new spec homes in Florida with my father in the early –mid 70’s. I graduated from IU in ’77, moved to San Francisco in 1977, worked as a carpenter and received my general contracting license in 1990.

I have the experience to know the local SF building codes, deal with the SF Building Dept and get jobs completed in a timely manner at a competitive price. I can off referrals for kitchen/​bathroom designers, architects, engineers and showrooms for viewing item.
