Wade Gunderson and his talented helper, Mitz, have been a godsend during the past several months doing small construction jobs that helped us prepare our two-​unit building for painting and eventual conversion to condominiums. These included deck repair, replacing an entry door in the basement, repairing dry rot on a decorative window shutter, replacing rusted flashing over the windows and patching holes in the ceiling that were left by the electrical contractors.
Wade has a wonderful «can do», «no job is too small» approach to his work. He’s extremely responsive, does high quality work, works fast and is very reasonable.
