Jeanne Floresca- Inspire Youthful

Years ago I used to belong to a gym and I remember never wanting to go there, dragging myself each time. Not only did I not enjoy my workouts, worst of all, I did not really see any significant results. Then I remember one day I met Jeanne Floresca at a dinner party. I learned that Jeanne was a Pilates trainer at the Crunch gym close to my office. I was so inspired and motivated by this easy-​going, smart and beautiful girl, that early next week I found myself on the Reformer machine with Jeanne guiding me through different movements and pulling on the resistance springs adjacent to my Reformer. The session seemed to fly by and next day I felt each and every muscle of my body ache, yet craving for more. I have finally found my kind of exercise that would bring me the results I need, while making me feel great getting there. In the course of our sessions, I got to know Jeanne better and very quickly connected with her on a personal level. In addition to delivering dramatic fitness results, Jeanne provided a lot of valuable advice on general health and natural beauty tips. I find inspiration from her blogs at
and enjoy Pilates and Bare classes taught by Jeanne at Crunch twice a week. Jeanne is a fitness professional, a life-​coach, and EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner who always inspires me to be healthy, positive, easy-​going and grateful.

I met Jeanne at a gym she works at, and found her to be a bright charismatic person. I got to know her throughout the years, and found out she has added crystal healing and matrix re-​imprinting to her life coach tool box.
I have started my own path to healing my inner wounds, being open to what healing tools could help me on the journey. Traumatic and challenging experiences in my life had gone ignored for so long, but have been brought to the forefront as I raise my own children. I no longer wanted these old wounds to affect my relationships and myself. This review is about a personal experience, and the experience of my children in a crystal healing session with Jeanne.
In seeking to become a better parent, and a better me– I let Jeanne help me create a space for healing in my home. She sent me some pre-​consultation paperwork, that I answered via email. She arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time, and had a very relaxed and calming energy about her. She was very informative, as I have never done a crystal healing session before. I felt very comfortable telling her what I felt needed to be healed. She asked for permission to do a different type of healing– matrix re-​imprinting, which was more adept at handling such an acute situation. I agreed, and trusted her guidance.
It was quite a positively emotional experience, in the manner of relief. The process also brought up older wounds that I was unaware of, but brought the healing full circle. In that moment, I clearly understood what situations had led me to these experiences, and that I was ready to let go of any power that they unconsciously held over me. She ushered me into a crystal healing meditation afterward, to balance my chakras, and calm my nerves. She has a wonderful collection of healing crystals in her medicine bag.
Originally, the appointment was set-​up to do a crystal healing session for the imbalance of my hips. I had developed a painless, yet audible «popping» sound in my hips after childbirth of my first child. I wanted to release any tension or trauma that may still be lingering from those events. In my relaxed state, I saw different visions of all three of my children separately. I connected with them, and the messages I received while viewing these visions of my children. I must also say that I do meditate frequently, and am open to seeing things in my mind’s eye.
At the end of the session, we shared our experiences. She told me what she had seen, and I shared my visions during the crystal healing session. I definitely felt lighter and more balanced in the following weeks in my physical body. I continued my healing by enrolling in yoga classes to maintain the connection and aide in recovery.
I am able to speak of my traumatic experiences in a very different light. The trauma of 18 years ago, has been difficult to talk about, and intrusive thoughts and fears kept bubbling up unexpectedly. This healing experience has let me be able to speak of the experience in a way that’s enlightening, empowering and has closure.
I have three kids, the two boys are 7 and 9 years old. My middle son has started pulling clumps of hair out of his head, arms, legs, and nails off his fingers and toes. I have arranged for him to visit a psychologist weekly for trichotillomania. My older son, has had a rough time adjusting to life in a blended family, and is prone to angry outbursts (like normal children), but I felt that he needed a better sense of internal stability than I was already providing with regular routines in his environment. He was also diagnosed with walking pneumonia for 3 weeks. Antibiotics have cleared up his infection, but I believe that it was a physical manifestation of other blocked emotions he has held in his heart. I truly believe in holistic, integrative healing, and was grateful when Jeanne offered her services to me for the children.
I told the boys about Jeanne and her impending visit. My younger son was a bit nervous, and didn’t know if he would feel comfortable with her. Jeanne has experience as a grade-​school teacher, and the children took to her quickly. When Jeanne arrived, the mood was a little bit silly, as children usually bring that to the table. We sat in four leaf clover formation, and talked a little bit about what feelings and conditions were arising. We all did a session with the Emotional Freedom Technique, tapping ourselves and each other, while repeating positive affirmations. She gifted each boy with an amethyst/​quartz crystal, which they were very happy about, and quickly placed under their pillows. The eldest used to say he didn’t feel loved, no matter what lengths I would go to explain ALL the ways that he is loved. After the session, I have noticed that the older son is more confident in knowing that he is loved, and says that he is loved. The middle son is going through preliminary behavioral cognitive therapy, and is responsive.

Jeanne has been my personal trainer for about 5 months now and she is awesome! I feel strong and great about my body since we started training. Working out with Jeanne has helped me to be more confident and fit into my pleather pants! No matter how lazy I’m feeling, Jeanne can always motivate me. I look forward to our outdoor workouts and feel great about myself afterwards. I definitely recommend working out with Jeanne if you are looking for someone who is encouraging, fun, creative and knowledgeable about how to build muscle and get in shape!
