Wow! My wife and I just got done using J & J and we must say that they were amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Jorge throughout the entire process. Jorge was on time with his estimate, he was on time the date of the work and he constantly kept me informed of what was done and what needed to get done. He would even come grab me to check his work every so often to see if he missed anything. It’s kind of rare these days to see a business care so much about their work and also care so much about the guest experience.
We are in the process of moving and needed our house pressure washed and all the screens/​windows cleaned. Jorge was great, thorough and did such a dynamite job!
Call Jorge the next time you need any power washing, he’s the guy that will get the job done! Keep up the great work Jorge and thank you for doing an amazing job and being so personable!

These guys are great. Jorge was 10 minutes early to clean our awning and offered to do some minor repairs for no extra charge. He has a sharp, courteous crew that was aware of passing pedestrians, and they hustled through the job to minimize the intrusion. We can now get another 5 years out of a tired-​looking awning.

There were a couple of large tags on the cement in front of our commercial building and J&J removed the tags easily. When I called Jorge, he was really knowledgeable about what the job would require. He asked about water access for pressure washing, the size of the tags and where they were (cement, wall, etc.). He anticipated exactly what the job needed. He was able to perform the work the same day and provided pictures of the job before and after. J&J Works PW also provides electronic invoices which I really appreciate! Jorge was very fast, straight forward about pricing and easy to work with. If you want fast, eco-​friendly and thorough, talk to Jorge!

Jorge and J&J was incredible! Hired them to clean a large stretch of sidewalk (60ft or so) in the Tenderloin in advance of an event and he did an amazing job. As you can imagine, the sidewalks in the loin are covered with cigarettes, broken glass, urine, feces… you name it! The result was above my expectations. The area transformed from a smelly, disgusting sidewalk, to clean and presentable space for lines to form for a high-​end, premium event.
Jorge was also extremely prompt and professional and very accommodating to my scheduling requests. I will definitely use him again for future pressure washing needs and undoubtedly recommend him to anyone in the San Francisco/​Bay Area in need of professional pressure washing.
On top of all of that, he was friendly and took pride in his work and getting the best results for his customers.

I run a custodial contract for a federal building is the San Francisco Civic Center. I can tell you that my sidewalks were a mess with spills, gums and various spots of unknown origins. The guys at J & J came on a weekend and cleaned all the sidewalks and did an amazing job to the point it almost look like a new sidewalk. They were efficient and courteous to work with. There was one area that had an oil spot on the steps and the crew came back again to work on removing it. I really appreciated the quality of the work and their willingness to work with my schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their property pressure washed. Great Job!

Jorge and Sergio were terrific. They arrived on time and reviewed with me what they were planning to do and assured me that all would be done to protect my paint finish yet clean it as thoroughly as possible. They set out to work and spent many hours ensuring the finished result would be perfect. Although the paint job was already three years old, they restored it and made it look like new. Jorge was courteous and I appreciated his enthusiasm and ambition and attention to detail. He also offered to wash my skylights, which was no easy task, and greatly appreciated — oh, and he didn’t charge me for that bonus! Highly recommended!

Jorge and his team just completed a power washing project at my apartment building in Bernal Heights, including the front sidewalks, exterior, and back patio. They did an absolutely incredible job and the property looks great. We had quite a few plants, trees and bushes that had grown over the patio. Jorge worked with our gardener to be certain none of the landscaping was adversely impacted during the process. If there were 10 stars, I would award him five more.

Hired J&J to clean the windows in my apartment as well as to pressurize my back porch. Jorge did a great job and since my windows are now gleaming, the whole place is brighter! The back porch now looks brand new and spotless! I’m going to contact my landlord and as to use J&J to pressure wash the garage and building.

Walking by Miette Candy Store in Hayes Valley this morning and i saw Jorge cleaning the outside of the store and the awning. he had a smile on his face and was taking great pride in what he was doing. And the awning looked great.

Jo and Jorge are awesome! Left a message for them and Jorge called back right away and immediately set up an appointment to do a site visit. He showed up ON TIME and gave me very detailed information about the cost and what I could expect with the different levels of washing. Since my business is located in a high traffic area of SOMA, we agreed that the 2nd level would be best to start.
For the actual washing, the duo showed up ON TIME and finished the job quickly and efficiently.
The sidewalk was SO CLEAN! We are now on our third monthly washing and I couldn’t be any happier with the results Thanks J&J!

We hired J & J Works to pressure wash the front of our store earlier this year. They have been doing the work for us for about 6 months now, and they’ve done an excellent job. They pressure wash the front of our store every other week, and they always show up on time and do a thorough job. We have a busy store and the front can get very dirty, so we depend on them to keep it looking good. They are always friendly and professional.
