Established in 2010.

Isaac’s received his sales license in 2010 and immediately gravitated to Better Homes and Gardens Mason McDuffie Real Estate. In 2014 he rose to become the Top Producer of his office, in September of 2015 he became a Broker, and began his own company Isaac Wigley, Broker in 2016. The first couple of years he worked closely with top agents at his company to better understand the needs of clients in todays fast paced marketplace, and learn the details of handling complicated transactions. He applied his BFA in art and graphics, as well as his marketing background to strategicly sell listings. He specializes in working with buyers and sellers in San Francisco, and has a particular affinity for neighborhoods including the Castro, Mission, downtown, and his favorite pocket community Duboce Triangle.

Bay Area native Isaac Wigley has a successful proven sales background. He combines strong negotiating, marketing, and communication skills. He has an impeccable record helping sellers, buyers, and investors make smart investments throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, maintaining focus on unparalleled service and clear communication.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Notre dame de namur with a BFA in arts and graphics in 2008. He received his Real Estate sales license in 2010, and within a few short years became his office Top Producer in 2014. In September of 2015 he became a Real Estate Broker, and in January of 2016 began his own company Isaac Wigley, Broker.

In his free time, he enjoys painting and traveling. He also is studying to become proficient in French.

Isaac trekked across San Francisco to find me the PERFECT HOME.
I was a boy on a budget, and he really came through to find me a fantastic spot, views of the city, and at a reasonable price in a very hot sellers market.
We searched all over the place and he was constantly offering advice and feedback on places and listed out potential issues that I could run into with different places.
We made bids on a couple different places, and he had a strategy EVERY time. He knows how to work the market to your advantage and is very, very professional and clear/​concise.

We can’t recommend Isaac highly enough. We recently purchased a new home and sold our old one, and Isaac was with us every step of the way in both transactions. Thanks to Isaac’s stellar negotiation skills we received a large credit from the seller of our new place — even in a very strong seller’s market. Using his excellent management skills and strong business relationships, Isaac was able to push our lender to close on the new place a full 10 days early, allowing us to put our old home on the market at a truly optimal time.
While representing us as sellers, Isaac’s superb marketing skills really shone in everything from the website and brochures that he produced to his recommendations on paint colors and staging. Isaac’s deep understanding of the housing market enabled him to recommend the perfect list price — not too low but not too high as to scare off potential buyers. Each open house that Isaac conducted was packed with 100’s of people.

Just about a year ago, Isaac helped me navigate though a tumultuous transaction. He came across a beautiful 2bd/​2ba condo with an unencumbered view of SF (SF Bay, Castro, Downtown, the works!). He was a skilled negotiator and knowing the sellers were highly motivated, we were able to talk down the sellers by over $ 60,000! That’s savings!
There was a lien on the property — and we knew that going in. What we didn’t know was how complicated the process would become to remove the lien (sellers, HOA, contractors, … all involved). There wasn’t a day that wen’t by where Isaac didn’t call or email me the day’s events and progress made. I don’t think there was any party he didn’t contact to get information. He fought for me, and after nearly 3 months of waiting, closed escrow on my 3rd property. Friends and family are envious of my view and always ask to stay at my place when they visit northern California.
There’s no question Isaac will fight for you to get the best deal, keep you in the communications loop, and ensure you have all the facts you need to make informed decisions.

Personally, as a first-​time home buyer, I would absolutely, 100% recommend Isaac! I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but had no idea as to how to go about it. Isaac was very patient and professional with me. He explained everything in a very easy to understand manner, with zero pressure. I felt like he had a great pulse on the housing market and made some great recommendations.
One of Isaac’s greatest strengths is that when I was working with him, he gave me all of the attention I wanted during this very foreign and important process. He attended every open house with me, as well as the walkthroughs, and basically every step of the way, which made me feel confident in the process – especially toward the end, when there’s lots of signing papers (aka, one’s life away!) Isaac is kind, knowledgeable and crafty when it comes to mortgages and negotiations – you definitely want him on your side.

Isaac helped us navigate the purchase of a bank owned property. The deal fell through but I would use his service again if the opportunity comes up.
He was very professional and responsive. Made us feel comfortable making decisions every step of the way without feeling pushed or pressured. What he did not know he was always ready to find out for us.
