Hyegraph is proud to have served the Bay Area for over 20 years from the Giftcenter, 888 Brannan Street in San Francisco, Ca. We’ve relocated to 3 Embarcadero Center in the Financial District of San Francisco, Ca in 2011! We still carry the Bay Area’s largest selection of Invitations and Announcements from thousands of designs to choose from around the globe. We offer diverse printing styles including Letterpress, Thermography and Engraved. Close relationships with our printers ensure proper handling of printing and on time delivery. We are proud to have met with the Owners and Directors of our printing companies ensuring our customers with top quality products and services. Business Owner

Jacques Oskanian is a graduate of UMASS Boston/​Massachusetts, with a Degree in Computer Science. After working on a project for his Master’s Degree designing Armenian Fonts he went into business for himself as a Calligrapher and Stationery Designer. Jacques works with Letterpress and Thermography with Major Companies as Checkerboard to create Custom Invitations. His clients include local sports figures, government officials, party planners and newly engaged couples. Jacques and his staff work for clients having nuptials in San Francisco, Napa, Boston, New York, Greece, San Jose and destination weddings. Jacques lives with his wife and two kids in San Francisco, California and enjoys being an active community volunteer and an entrepreneur. The most satisfying moment is when his Clients pick up their stationery and are thrilled and their friends and families are Thrilled. «Congratulations» he says as his clients pick up their invitations and calligraphy as he wishes them well!

Where do I begin? Other than Jacques being a lovely person, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was able to design and print our wedding invitations! From the first meeting until the day I picked up our cards, it was a smooth process. Jacques is very experienced and offered some great advice as my fiancé and I were browsing our options and making final decisions. Not to mention, Jacques is incredibly responsive and has excellent follow-​through, which is a difficult trait to find these days. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a high-​quality, cost-​effective, and overall pleasant experience in designing cards for special occasions.

Great service, fabulous attention to detail! Jacques was able to direct us to several sample books based on minimal information from me. The entire process took about 20 minutes. After that, Jacques and Munie sent email proofs to us, made our tweaks and patiently suggested appropriate terminology when we got stumped.
There were several other couples in the shop poring over every tiny detail, and Jacques made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Great location with easy parking makes Hyegraph an obvious choice. And if you’re Armenian like we are this is absolutely a no-​brainer!

Jacques at Hyegraph really helped me in a cinch when I needed escort cards 3 days before the wedding. I did not have the time or the bandwidth to go over the details, so I just told Jacques if he could take care of it. And he did. He explained to me how escort cards and meal designations worked, and all I needed to give him was the spreadsheet of my guest list. I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes. And 2 days later, I received the cards in the mail. Really great customer service!

What an incredible experience! Jacques and the Hyegraph team took the time to carefully create customized invitations for my wedding. They were thorough, exceptionally attentive, patient, and had a selection like nothing I have ever seen before. They customized my invitation suite down to the very last detail! I recently purchased my wedding invitations from Hyegraph. When I walked in and viewed the samples I was really impressed with all of the options available. When I chose the style I wanted I had the opportunity to work with Jacques. He is extremely friendly, and patiently works with you to make sure your finished product is exactly what you want. But a Rip Off. Lots of hidden fees. Lots of fee terminologies on the final receipt.
Handling fee, wrapping fee… Etc
So it comes out more fee than he first described it. But after all its fee involving paper products so it’s not something too big u’d make a fuzz of. Plus you don’t wanna add complication to your wedding prep so u’d like to believe everything is perfect.
There’s a bit of dishonesty to the business along side with the prompt communication.
Each amendment is an extra fee.
I find some of the submissions had unnecessary mistakes here and there that have been discussed before hand. So of cos when I clarify on email what’s supposed to be done, more fee for me of cos.
Polite, smiley, prompt and everything.
All the props…
Can’t beat a fancy location tho.
If u know exactly what u want it’s wiser to take the job elsewhere. But very few people are an experienced expert getting married doing the prep.

Working with Hyegraph was great! If it’s in the budget for you to get your invitations from them, do it! I tried going through other online places and I was not happy. I went in the first time just to see what they offered. Munnie pulled out some books for me to look at and get started on the process of wedding invitations and she was very sweet. The second time I came back, Jacques (the owner) helped me narrow down my choices since there are so many to choose. Then the third time I came back with my husband to finally buy the invitations Jacque remembered who I was and he also helped with the wording. Who know there was so much etiquette behind invitation wording. I put down my deposit and they were ready very quick. They were so beautiful and I thank Hyegraph for helping me with everything.

Hyegraph Invitations & Calligraphy provided an amazing experience. They exceeded our expectations! We were referred to Jacques by Chrissy Wolfman of the Mark Hopkins and we were simply amazed with their service, attention to detail and responsiveness. We selected a full suite custom design Wedding Invitation from William Arthur w/​white Rococo die cut paper with Gold and Black engraving. The topper was the red wax envelope seal. When I came to Hyegraph, I was at my wit’s end. I was feeling completely defeated by the process of creating my wedding invitations. I was afraid that I would be going to one more meeting with generic options that cost a fortune. Luckily for me, a friend of mind recommended Munnie at Hyegraph!
Munnie gave a perfect consultation. She clearly sensed that this was a tense process for me. She stepped back and gave my fiancé and myself a lot of space to look everything over. She gave advice here and there and answered questions, but mostly she let us sit with the materials and talk things over. As we looked through book after book, I started to feel more dejected than ever. I had all but given up on the idea of finding something that would really represent us.
This is where Munnie really shined. She stepped in and listened to what I was really hoping for. She came up with the amazing idea of us using our own image on the invitations. My fiancé decided to use a painting we had been given as a wedding gift, something beautiful and deeply personal to us. A graphic artist at Hyegraph cropped the photo to create the different components of the invitiation — the invite, rsvp card, details card, and so on. Munnie walked us through the process of getting the wording and images just right. Later when we needed more wedding invitations, Munnie did her best to get what we needed quickly.
I am so relieved that a friend recommended Hyegraph to me when I was at the end of my rope. Thank you Hyegraph for your contribution to my special event!

I worked mostly with Munnie on my printing projects, but both Jacques and Munnie are very prompt with their responses. They update the proof as soon as I sent them any edits that I might have.
Love working with them and I would not hesitate to have everything printed at their shop from now on. A best place to get custom printing done or purchase high end pre-​printed ones. Highly recommended.

Amazing! By far the most excellent and efficient service I have ever experienced. Jacques is such a professional man and has a great eye for what looks good. I literally sent him my envelopes to get my addresses printed on them on Monday and he told us they were ready the next day! So wonderful! And they came out beautiful. He also suggested we keep a stack of extra envelopes with him just in case we needed more printing, and didn’t think that was necessary but sure enough, Jacques knows best, we needed more envelopes printed! His services are excellent and will recommend him to my four unmarried sisters! :) Thank you again for your great service and I hope to work with you more in the future.

It was a real pleasure working with Hyegraph on our wedding invitations and reception placecards! We were very, very satisfied on how everything came out and many of our guests told us that our invitation looked very elegant!
We worked with both Munnie and Jacques and both of them were very helpful since the very beginning when we were still deciding on what design to choose.
