We’ve used Emily (Huang) for 3 major remodel projects on our homes in SF and Burlingame. First and foremost, her design ideas are excellent. She makes great use of interior space and is sensitive to the character and style of the existing structure. She’s good at listening to what you want and then delivering it. As for pricing, there are some higher and some lower. Obviously I don’t have direct experience with a great many residential architects — who does? — but I tend to believe that you get what you pay for.

Overpriced and un-​responsive. Unfortunately, disappointing. Look elsewhere for better service and lower pricing. I’ve lived in SF 40+ years; I’ve seen much better.
