H&H Event Lighting

We wouldn’t have changed anything about our experience with H&H. We had a backyard wedding in Salinas and it was turned into a fairytale because of Veronica and her husband. They came to the venue a few months before our wedding date to review what we wanted and what they could offer (which was endless!). We did uplighting in the surrounding trees, bistro string lighting above the guest tables, a full tree light for our cake table, a chandelier above the cake table and shepherd hooks around the deck, which was our dance floor.
They were responsive to email, on time to both our consultation meeting and wedding set up/​clean up. Veronica is the sweetest gal and helped when we had any questions or concerns. They were quick to set up and clean up and kept to themselves. It was really nice how seamless a process it was as it was one part of the wedding we didn’t have to stress was being done correctly.
Highly recommend H&H for your event! They have an incredible vision of any type of space and will make your event amazing!

I used H&H for my wedding a couple weeks ago. When I initially called 6+ months ago, asking about their lights, and telling them what I wanted, they took the initiative to go to my reception site, so they could put together a proposal for me. I had my reception in a hotel ballroom, and they set up 20 uplights along the walls and stringed bulb market lights on the ceiling (I think 5 long strands). It looked lovely and really added a great ambiance to the room.
Their pricing was also competitive compared to other lighting vendors I looked at.
The only issue was they don’t offer pinspot lighting at this time, so I had to get another vendor to provide those for me.

H&H Event Lighting was probably the best experience of our wedding. My wife and I worked with several vendors who were good but overall these guys just out-​shined their competition. They went above and beyond with their feature lighting. So we had basically asked for lights over the dance floor and around the perimeter of the venue with big market light bulbs. They provided these and did an outstanding job setting them up professionally and had great recommendations for how to use the space to maximize the feeling at night of an intimate party. They blew us away with a rustic 3 lamp overhang above the wedding cake that was absolutely breathtaking! They also made sure to pull out the lights the next day promptly and had no issues delivering amazing 5 star service the entire time.
Most of all, they’re very friendly people who you’d want to hang out with and they just get it — you know? They just get it.
