History

Established in 2011.

Golden Gate Mobile Notary & Apostille was founded in 2010. We initially started our business processing in-house Notarizations and quickly learned that there was a dire need for a reliable and affordable traveling Notary service in the Bay Area. In late 2012, we launched our mobile-only Notary service which rapidly became a huge success. And due to strong demand, we later expanded our services to include California Apostille and Authentication processing. We are now going 5 years strong and we are so pleased to continue our loyal service to the San Francisco Bay Area. Our community means everything to us, and offering you our expertise, integrity, and service oriented attitude is what makes us tick. So please, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We thank you so much for your continued support and we hope to hear from you soon!

Meet the Business Owner

Kyle E.

Business Owner

I started at small local company in San Francisco doing Apostille work, and realized that there was a need for reliable, affordable, mobile Notary Publics. So I built my small business from the ground up, and have been working since late 2013 to provide traveling notary services to my clients on a reliable and consistent basis. I have clients from all walks of life, and enjoy being the ‘go-to’ guy for those tough Notary issues. This is my second Notary term, and I’ve been doing this for about 6 years prior to opening my own business, so I have a lot of experience in this area, and really pride myself in owning that.
