Go To Russia

I used the Atlanta office for a ‘last-​minute’ trip to Russia. Dmitri answered my questions via email late into the night, and Oksana picked up the phone the first time i called and stepped me through additional questions on the about how to fill out the VISA form. I happened to be heading towards Atlanta, so arranged to drop off my passport, photos, and the application there. Oksana called me a few hours later to make a few changes to the application (I think she had already been in contact with the processing agency in San Francisco). I am now following up to say that I got my passport with VISA back on the exact date they said I would. I am SO happy to be going to RUSSIA! I was quite fearful about the timing working, having read so may horror stories about Visa processing difficulties. The Russian Visa IS expensive. Im not sure of the added expense of using their service, but it was WORTH IT to me.

This agency was easy to deal with. Showed up with my paperwork complete, and they helped fill out the order form. All of the rest was handled by this agency, invitation letter, consulate dealings etc. I received my passport and Russian Visa on the day it was promised. Very easy and very nice help in the office.

I used Go To Russia for my visa application. They answered the phone. EVERY TIME! They were the only place that ever answered the phone and I called lots of visa agencies. They also knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions. They delivered my visa in exactly the amount of time they said they would. Very, very helpful. The russian visa application process is complex and they made it easy.

This is just a review for their VISA application service.
I had everything lined up because for me, I was visiting a friend in Russia. I still needed to apply for a visa, and was searching around, and this place gave me the best deal as far as reducing the complexity of applying for Russian visa.
Their staff was very responsive and detailed about the application process. they have multiple options, and those timelines are the maximum that it would take I think… I opted for the 8 business day one and was actually surprised to receive it a few days earlier.
The visa application process was smooth and I am very satisfied. I might to to Russia again, and I will definitely use this company again for my visa application.
