Gannon and Ken were a great help refinancing my TIC out of a fractional loan in connection with my condo conversion.
When a lot of other lenders and brokers who were unfamiliar with SF’s condo converstion process were reluctant to work with the situation, Gannon and Ken found me a loan that met all of my requirements, with an excellent rate. Their communication is excellent and responsive, and they answered every single nitpicky question I had about the loan terms, the refinancing process and the lender’s requirements.
The closing process was smooth and easy, and when I had a question at closing it was easy to reach Ken to find an answer — a marked difference from the broker I’d used on my last loan in the city.

I can’t say enough good about Gannon Tidwell and Ken Wan. I’ve been trying to consolidate a first and second for years. They were able to do 3 refinance loans over the past two years, but only on the first.
Using their loan packaging expertise, they combined the two loans into one. I’m now paying my original payment amount but now it’s fully amortizing, instead of an Interest Only second. That is a HUGH deal in this bad mortgage environment.
