Fundamentum

Working with Fundamentum has been really helpful as I prepare to graduate college and move into the working world. The coaches were able to lead me through a sequence of goal exploration and self-​discovery exercises regarding what I want to do after college. I now feel like I have a clear idea of what I want to do and how to get there, as well as an understanding of how to show my strengths through LinkedIn, resume writing, and interviewing.
It felt like a lot of work to take on in addition to senior year, but, at this point, my peers who haven’t put in the work yet are definitely feeling more stressed about their future plans than I am. I would recommend that people enroll in a Fundementum program during the summer between junior year and senior year, if possible. If that time has already passed for you-​as it had for me– then I recommend that you do your best to fit it into your schedule anyway! It will be worth it in the long run.

I had an excellent experience with Fundamentum. I found their service to be extremely helpful during my last year in college. Through a series of nine different self-​exploratory assignments and ten interpersonal Skype based interview sessions I was able to gain much personal insight and coherence regarding what I hoped to get out of myself and where I am heading professionally. The program took a total of 10 weeks which was just about right, and considering there were no areas I feel were glossed over I remain quite happy about everything. I can see where taking some time to really ruminate on the assignments and self-​learnings would go a long way, although the 3 – 4 hours (not including each 1 hour personalized Skype session) required to technically complete was ok for me to fit in with a full course load. I enrolled in the basic program, I’m assuming that they can work with someone to tailor a custom curriculum if that is what is required but I can’t comment on that authoritatively. I can’t really think of anything negative to comment about, haha! Although this was an amazing college experience I would definitely consider returning to Fundamentum in a few years to reassess my goals and direction with the help of their fabulous team. Hands down it has been well worth the time invested and the price of admission!
