I remember playing on this playground when I was younger. Now I take my own kid here and boy… the recent renovations are AWESOME! The play structure is HUGE! Just when you think that’s not enough, there are seesaws and a spinny thing in the corner. All the equipment looks new and shiny, even on an overcast SF day. There’s something for kids of all ages to enjoy. They even have a smaller area for beginning walkers and maybe even crawlers to explore, and it’s located far enough away from the other stuff that you don’t have to worry about older kids running the little ones over. There’s plenty of room all around to prevent any collisions in general. We love it and we’ll definitely be back!

Great new playground with a very nice tennis court. It is walking distance from my place in the outer Richmond. One of the nicest free courts in this part of the city!

Fulton Playground. I learned how to shoot a basketball here when I was in kindergarten. The old playground used to have a large sand lot with a wooden and metal play structure. There were at least 4 swings and the little clubhouse was aging. The whole park was aging. I spent most of my after schools here from 6−8th grade and stopped by here and there from 9−12th. They closed some time for a major renovation in my college years and reopened some time in 2013. The playground now is beautiful. Restructured and more sanitary. There is still a little play area for the extremely young children on the 27th ave side but the structure got moved toward the middle of the playground. There’s no longer a sand lot to play in and the ground is now made of recycled material. There are 2 teeter totters(FUN!), a carousel(double FUN!), a pair of swings, a climbing area, 2 slides, a mini rock wall(less than 5 feet up to the structure), monkey bars, and some swings for the little ones. The tennis court is still on the 28th ave side and is fenced off for safety. There’s only 1.5 basketball courts so it gets busy easily. People usually don’t mind sharing though. I came back with my brothers recently, we’re all«twenty-somethings». We had a really good time and plan on coming back weekly for some outdoor bonding!

This is a fantastic neighborhood playground. It was recently renovated and is such wonderful place for my daughter to play. It is clean, well cared for, and there is plenty of space and things to do for younger kids. This is a real gem for the Richmond neighborhood!

Fabulous playground that re-opened recently after being completely renovated! Spacious with multiple play structures and even a rope climbing area for bigger kids! There is a really fun area for toddlers too with a playhouse and mini cars. We have been frequenting this playground a bunch lately since it is only about a 10 minute walk from our house! I should also mention there is NOSAND which I really like… it’s all the cushy recycled rubber.
