History

Established in 1992.

I started FrameArt Studio in the basement of my home in Kansas City, MO, after working in other frame shops for a number of years. I had just received my MFA in Printmaking and Painting and I wanted to have a good resource to frame my own artwork. I continued on with this part time business for the last 23 years moving to the Sacramento area in 1999, then most recently to San Francisco, where I operate from my private studio. I am currently looking for a store front in my neighborhood in which to expand my business.

Business Owner

Lisa has recently moved from the Sacramento area to San Francisco and brought her Art and Framing Business with her. She earned an MFA in Printmaking & Painting in 1992 from UMC and has since been an active, local artist in her community. Lisa brings with her many years experience in the business of art and framing and has taught art classes to kids and adults for over 25 years. When she’s not hard at work, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community. Loves working with people of all ages and is passionate about art and sharing it with others.
