Highly recommend Dr. Feygina. My husband has been seeing her for almost 7 years. She is the best at taking care of his neck and shoulder aches. My husband swears by her and will never ever think twice about switching to another chiropractor. She is great at what she does. I appreciate all the help that she provides to my family!

My big problem is with the incompetency of the office staff. I used to be a patient of Dr. Feygina. She is ok as a doctor, but my issue is with staff and their client relations. Aside from lacking customer service the medical billing staff member could not competently bill my PPO insurance. I was tired of constantly calling their office and my insurance company and giving instruction of how to bill my PPO/​this has never bin and issue with any other health care provider. I ended up paying out of pocket and am currently doing the medical billing job!!! When I gave the office my credit card they charged me a fee for using my credit card which was never disclosed!!! When I inquired about the fee I was told that they credit card machine automatically charges a fee. I have worked with Merchant Services in retail banking for about 4 years and am yet to see a machine automatically charge a fee!!! The merchant gets charged a fee for having a convenience of swiping the credit card. I would have never written this review if Dr. Feygina was not greedy over a 2% merchant fee.

Finally get to use my living social deal for the laser liposuction. My first encounter over the phone was unpleasant already since they weren’t able to accommodate me till two months later. The lady I spoke to was really rushed and didn’t seem like she wanted to answer my question because this was something I haven’t done before and would like to know what to expect, but all she said was dress comfortable and that I’m required to do cardio workout too.
So on my visit a few days ago, the guy that was doing the session for me was a chiropractor he explained the whole process and how it worked. But it was in his tone that gave me the feeling like he doesn’t know what he’s doing but just giving me the whole thing and get it done.
He asked me where were the areas I’m concern and it was my mid section he did the pre and post measurements and to my surprise I didn’t really lose much then close to a quarter inch!
The whole visit was more of just lay there and let infrared lights do its magic, no pain, no feeling like it felt like it wasn’t working. I was suppose to experience some sweating, but none, then he instructed me to go do some extensive cardio work within 3 hrs after the treatment when I swear I remember the lady I spoke to on the phone said I’ll doing the cardio there… maybe we had a miscommunication…
So today is 2 days after the treatment and cardio workout done, and maybe just maybe I lost a inch…
The chiropractor even told me his clients are normally larger and bigger than me therefore results would be more significant and since I was petite he had no comment towards it.

Also did the Living Social Laser Lipo deal. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, for such a low cost. The staff was super friendly and polite, and explained everything in detail, as well as answering all of my questions prior to the procedure. I then basically took a 45 minute nap with the wrap on and when I finished I had lost an inch. So, not as dramatic as I would have liked, but I’ve noticed a distinct difference in the way my clothes fit since then, so certainly worth what I paid. I will probably try again. :)

I got the living social deal for Laser Liposuction and wasn’t quite sure what I was getting into but hey it was such a great deal I took a chance. I mean hey, I knew I’d be home for Thanksgiving and exactly what that would mean for my waistline. When I got there they were really nice and explained what the whole thing was about. Even better, after only one treatment (45 min), I lost 3″ off my waist! Definitely will go back.

I have been a patient of Dr Feygina for over 5 yrs and would not think of another Chiropractor. I first went to Dr Feygina for a car accident in which I was rear ended and found the treatment to be professional and holistic. Since I have continued my treatment with Dr Feygina for maintainance as well as several sports injuries. Dr Feygina has been exceptional when it come to all my injuries providing adjustments, laser and stimulation. Dr Feygina is always detailed in her explanation and diagnosis.
