We will come to your place periodically and pick up all your papers. Then, sort and scan them into an appropriate folder in the cloud of your choice. We will either purge or store papers for you, or deliver them back to you.

We will bring our own boxes, if your papers are not boxed already. Our boxes, as well as our pick up service are free of charge for you.

We will also work onsite and bring our own supplies and equipment

Stas Gulinsky founded FilingRabbit in 2012, a personalized service for organizing papers and incidentals in your home office. It’s like «Merry Maids» for the new professional «Home Office» life style and the paperwork that it creates.

Business Owner

Stas is serial entrepreneur, who has spent the better part of his life creating companies in the area of structuring and organizing which benefits the community. Prior to that he founded Sygma Corp, Xpert LLC and Generous World, was managing projects for PMI Group, Lockheed Martin and CompUSA. Stas has a Bachelors in Information Systems and a Masters in Electrical Engineering.
