Today was the most stressful day of my life. I had an absolute printing disaster at school on the last day of my college career. I showed up with ridiculously large files that were basically unprintable. Paul and Reca made it their mission to help me for over two hours reducing the files (which would still only print one page at a time due to their size) and also flipping each page so that it would print two sided. They managed to help other customers and keep everyone happy in the process. I wasn’t exactly a ball of sunshine but they kept me smiling the entire time. Outstanding experience overall!!!

I am usually pretty patient but I had it today when I waited over 20 minutes behind a person that was shipping an international package. There’s only one guy doing shipping and he ended up crashing the computer while doing a commercial invoice. I gave up and walked out to another fully staffed location. Ain’t nobody got time for this.
Here’s the rub. There’s a $ 10 surcharge to ship anything over a pound.
Never coming back again.
