Description

Specialties

Lamb, and more lamb. Fattoush has the best lamb in The Bay Area. It is NOT gamy and is prpared in a variety of ways: braised, on the griddle, and on the broiler in the most juiciest Kebabs ever. The fresh spices, directly imported from the source, are carefully blended to offer a unique flavor.

Fattoush offers vegan and vegetarian dishes: olive oil, pomegranate, smoky babaghanoushe, cauliflower, pursline, walnuts, sumac, almonds, basil, sesame, turmeric, saffron, marjoram, oregano, wild mushroom etc etc are some of the exotic items that we serve — an extravaganza in one’s mouth.

Halibut is our prefered fish marinated in xtra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon, garlic and cumin. AMAZING.

Chicken M’sakhan, not to mention our juicy kebab are prepared with a unique marinade then tossed with carmelized onion and sumac finished in the oven in the most unique pot-pie presentation that’s not only pretty to look at but aromatic and tasty. Gluten Free and lots VEGETARIAN options.

History

Established in 1996.

From a Palestinian origin, I, Abed Amas the owner of Fattoush decided to offer the sophisticated wonderful people of San Francisco and The Bay Area a unique culinary experience reflecting different parts of my beloved tiny Palestine in the most delectable, eclectic way possible. The food at Fattoush is a tongue tingling exravaganza with spices that tickle your senses in the most amazing fashion with a fantastic wine menu that pairs with the variety of appetizers and entrees we offer. Sahtain. Bön Appetit in Arabic.
