Fastframe

FastFrame was very efficient and great to deal with. I got three large canvases mounted and it was executed perfectly.
I also went to three other shops and these guys were the most cost effective.
Plus they were open on Sunday!
Everything was done in under a week and all in all, it was a great experience.

FastFrame helped me frame a piece I brought back from Italy. The service was great, timing was quick, and quality is awesome. I think, however, this place deserves 3 dollar signs. It was pricy. Might try shopping around more next time.

I was super pleased with my experience here. I brought a piece that I had dropped and only needed the glass replaced. Expecting to have to leave it, I was thrilled when they offered with a smile to do it immediately. I think I waited 5 minutes, 7 max, and the job was complete! I left with my fixed art piece and with a big smile!

I needed a dozen things framed, and BJ was super helpful– there are so many choices for frames and colors that one can easily get choice fatigue, but he really helped me narrow down the choices, and pick some really beautiful frames. I was also worried about the price, since I had so many pieces, but I think I got a great price in the end, and every piece looks really great. I’m very happy with Fastframe! Highly recommended!

Fastframe did an AMAZING job framing a couple jerseys for our office. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
First off, Carlos the owner was extremely attentive and spent a lot of time making sure he built us a custom frame for our jerseys that met our every expectation. He also made a very useful recommendation to go with the UV protective glass to make sure the autograph wouldn’t fade over time in the sun.
I left both jerseys in his care and they were done in no time at all and for a very reasonable price. When we picked them up we, we were amazed at how good they looked.
If you are looking to frame anything including your prized signed sports memorabilia and jerseys, come here!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Carlos and his team are the best in the business. I have had both personal and work related projects completed by Fast Frame and have been more than satisfied with both. The turn around is quick and the quality is EXCELLENT!

I took a print in to get framed and very nice service. I ended up with a double matte and picked out a perfect frame. I dropped it off on Thursday afternoon and it was ready on Monday ! They did a great job and I’d definitely use them again. The only drag was finding a place to park but the shop couldn’t have been better. Thanks !

I’ve got two custom mattes made here and have been happy with the service. The sizes were for 81/​2X11″ and 11X14. The folks were able to help me out right away. I asked their opinion on matte and frame color and both the times they were pretty generous.
I’ve given four stars because the first time there was some miscommunication and my matte was not cut properly, and I had to go back to get that fixed. Initially they wanted to charge me extra but on explaining that they hadn’t heard me out fully the first time, they were able to help me out without extra charge.
My experience with Carlos has been very good, he’s able to take detailed requests with patience and expertly executes the job within no time. He also helped when I was fitting the matte into the frame.
I had been told by several people to go to cheap petes but the Unilocal review weren’t consistent, also fast frame was closer– so I felt if anything needed fixing FF would be a more convenient option. They are slightly expensive, but it’s worth it if I get my picture looking great in the end.

I found potentially the best gift for a really special person over the weekend in Monterey but it needed to be framed and framed well to pull it off. And I needed it only a few days.
I took it into Fastframe and was blessed to be helped by Robby who immediately saw my vision and turned it into a reality! It is stunning! I am absolutely thrilled and the price was very fair! Extremely fair once I saw the job he did! And he did it in about 4 hours!!!

Groupon didn’t work as promised. Ended up having to pay for a bunch of things I didn’t even use in addition to the he framing I actually got because he didn’t tell me they were outside the purview of custom framing.

I walk by here all the time and finally thought to go in. They sold me a frame for my poster but I realized after I took it home that it didn’t fit! Went back in the next day and the owner was apologetic, made adjustments to the frame and that was that. Will use again!

So quick and so helpful! I walked in just as they opened and was taken care of right away. I had broken the custom glass on a sentimental piece and it was fixed in FIVE minutes. Plus, price was very reasonable. Hooray for helpful people!

After working out everything for about 20 minutes or so, another person says I cannot use a groupon for what I picked out. Sigh.
I am not positive but I think they mishandled my print and there are now three dents in it. I took my print out of its tube a total of one time before coming here.
I’ve used groupons for framing at other places and it was a much better experience and end product.

Carlos and Ernesto are amazing! Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a frame store. I came in with a wet oil painting to take on a plane and not only did they frame it wet and within an hour, they built a custom box to keep it from getting smudged complete with handles!. Their frame selection is very large and a lot of them are currently stocked too. Super friendly and a pleasure to so business with!

Spent a lot of time trying different options! Even added a custom backing to a premade frame at no cost just because it’s better. Also helped me cut my picture at no extra cost. Amazing service.

Be advised, the «total satisfaction guarantee’ is only for the one who pays, even if that person is a senior requesting to put together a gift of pictures for her kids, and requesting to arrange one or two of the pictures in a significantly off-​center fashion.
Carlos the owner framed a few pics for my Mom and in each of two frames of three portraits one of the three pictures was significantly off center. I noticed the total satisfaction guarantee sticker on the back of the frame and thought, I’d bring them back in and see if anything could be done to straighten the pics. I even called ahead of time to be sure they would be able to address the issue. When I got in I was told (after one frame was already taken apart) that to pull them out of the frame and see if they could be fixed would be an additional charge. I asked about the guarantee and was told since Mom had oked it they weren’t obliged. When I asked about the off-​center-​ness, Carlos said he agreed but that Mom arranged and pictures the way they were. … Later, after I took apart the second frame he told me he had recommended Mom get the pic’s photo-​shop centered.
On request he did waive the fee, however when I got home I realized he also didn’t give me all backing to re-​frame the pictures once I dealt with the off center photo. I’m not sure how much Mom paid, but whatever it was it was for naught. Too bad.

Two stars is being generous. I’ve been here twice over the past three months. Each time the cost (without matting) was very high (over $ 400 for each print).
During both visits, I mistakenly thought I would get service commensurate to what I was spending. HA! I had the same counter man (wouldn’t even consider him a «sales» person) who was uninterested, a bit sullen and gave me a «complete date» and a promise of a call when my job was ready. Both times they did not call, so I contacted them to get an update. Neither time was my project ready and I had to wait several more days. The result has been no better than any other framing business in town. So I ask myself: Why am I still giving these people my business?
As has been stated in other poor reviews, not a «thank you» or «we appreciate your business.» Well, my response to Fast Frame is «see ya»!

A mixed bag… VERY expensive but good selection of frames. Expertise around materials and visual aspects, but an effort to upsell again and again. Fairly quck turnaround and a satisfactory job. After spending MANY hundreds of $$ here, never got a thank you. Sometimes the little things are big things.
There’ve got to be highly competent frame shops doing straightforward work that doesn’t cost a month’s rent.
