I was recently in a bad car accident with my mom and in need of chiropractic care. My friend had recommended Dr. Duff to me and I’m glad he did! Although we live in the East bay and had to commute out for our appointments, it was very worth it. Dr. Duff is very knowledgable, caring, and takes the time to make sure that his patients get the very best treatment. I would highly recommend him and can attest to feeling improvement and relief in my body after my sessions.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Duff for over one year now and he’s completely changed my life. My atlas and overall neck was out of wack, which caused an array of ailments, such as dizzy spells, severe head pressure, and numbness in my hands and feet. I was seeing another chiropractor before Dr. Duff and it seems that my ailments only worsened. Then, I was referred to Dr. Duff by a friend and he gave me my life back.
I had to stop running, which I love, and wasn’t as productive with my business because of my severe head pressure. After a series of treatments, my head pressure, dizziness and numbness were completely gone. I now see Dr. Duff once ever 6 – 8 weeks as a preventative measure and to keep everything in line.
What Dr. Duff has done for me is priceless. I highly recommend him, as he is so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes time to ensure that you leave feeling a million times better than when you walked in.

Dr. Duff is the BEST! always accommodating and very helpful with anything about your health. Been coming here for years and will always be the one i turn to when i have pain in my back, neck, and other joints. Dr. Duff is one in a million. I have seen him for some chronic low back pain issues due to long-​term overuse and bad ergonomics (sitting at a desk all day at work without the right set-​up). He has not only decreased my pain, but help me manage my overall health and well-​being. The adjustments are upper cervical spinal adjustments focused on the malady that exists at the deepest level, rather than just symptomatic relief. You really won’t be disappointed with his service, expertise, and how personable he is.

Dr. Duff comes from family of distinguished chiropractors. His father and his brothers and now his sons are following in the footsteps. It’s his life and love. I’ve been getting chiropractic treatment for neck and spine from doctors here and in other parts of the country for many years. I’ve been to offices that run me through gauntlets of machines and then in to the doc for a quick adjustment. Not with Duff. He has a special machine that monitors where the «hotspots» are and how they’ve changed since the previous visits. He takes time massaging and stretching your muscles to insure that the adjustments take and hold better. He studies x-​rays and makes precise and thoughtful recommendations. His pricing is reasonable. If you are low on funds and choosing between yet another electronic doodad or an expensive meal out and getting your back & neck flowing without pain… well, decisions have to be made. Personally, I love my body feeling good and highly recommend getting an adjustment if needed. You will be pleased if you choose to work with Richard.

Dr. Duff is very thorough and does a lot more than just adjust your spine. I’ve been going to him for 4 years for my neck/​back problems. I have a chronic problem (spinal stenosis) that will never be «cured», but I go to him so that I can prevent my condition from getting worse.
He is very hands-​on. After he does an evaluation of you, he spends time with you doing some stretching, massage and traction. He employs a very specific method of adjustment that adjusts the very top of the spine if that is necessary, but he is conservative and gentle in his manipulations.
He is also very friendly and personable and willing to work with you if you don’t have the right insurance. I highly recommend him!
