Dryer Vent Express

Gary is professional, knows his stuff and offers very reasonable prices. He came to our house to clean the dryer vents. I had no idea that they had to be cleaned yearly. They probably hadn’t been cleaned in 6 years. He took the time to explain things and show me the lint buildup which could have resulted in a fire. He was quick and did a great job! I highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience with Dryer Vent Express, on several counts.
Firstly, I called on a Tuesday morning since we’d smelled burning from the dryer. His schedule was full all day but agreed to come that night after I finished work, which meant 8 pm. He gave me the exact price on the phone for each aspect of the job and this was indeed the price. He worked very hard due to the tiny inconvenient dryer location. The job was more involved than expected – the exhaust duct had come apart inside the machine. He opened the dryer’s engine area, repaired the disassembled duct, removed all the lint accumulated inside the machinery, before cleaning out the vent ducts in the wall leaving outdoors. I said I wished I had a better exhaust cap on the outdoor exhaust hipster and he drove to a hardware store to get one, which he installed.
On leaving Gary offered to inspect & vacuum out the underside of my refrigerator, then inspected & cleaned out my gas furnace. He’ll be returning to install an electrostatic filter for the furnace’s air return.
This service really exceeded my expectations.

Was referred to these guys by a company who did work at a friends house. Not sure what happened with the bad review but they were awesome. Came out, looked at the dryer vent, cleaned it promptly and put a new hose on for me. He even took the time to look at my furnace/​air ducts, water heater and refrigerator. But he wan’t look for an up sell, just gave me advice on how to maintain things the right way. Did a really good job and gave great advice.

Called Gary in the afternoon and he was able to come same day to fix my dryer. This guy knows what he’s doing. He really went above and beyond, climbing all around the house to do the job right. He was really pleasant and professional and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommended!
