Unprofessional! I had a 9:00am appointment and showed up at 9:08 for a minor procedure. I was sent away because I was 8 minutes late. I traveled almost 1 hour to get to this appointment and was late due to Super Bowl traffic in San Francisco yet this doctor made no attempt to understand the situation. Kaiser often has a problem with customer satisfaction… I will definitely be changing hospitals after this month.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gupta. He has been very responsive. I had seen him before for an ear infection a couple of years ago and called the number above thinking I would get in touch with his office and he answered directly and helped me over the phone! Rare. Very nice.
