These people were awesome. They showed up a bit early (always nice) and were done in just about 45 minutes. This was a HUGE pile of cardboard, styrofoam, and wood, and amazingly they fit everything on the truck snugly. I thought it would have take two trips, but they made it all fit. The guys Angel and Phil were super friendly and professional. I would use them again any time.

This business model is so cool. If you want to donate something or just junk something they use an on demand Über model and there is always someone to come whevever you want them.
I had to donate a queen sized sleigh bed and the new bed was coming tomorrow. I texted delete with a picture of the bed. Got a quote in 2 minutes and the guys came in 40 minutes. They will take it to «out of the closet» tomorrow. I chose the charity from a list of all the ones in the city. They will take it tomorrow morning cause it was after 5:00 when they close. Otherwise it would go right away. Then they will send me a donate slip by text. so i will recoup 50% of the fee which was reasonable.

First review of anything ever, these guys were awesome. I needed to get an old broken ikea bed and a few other pieces of furniture and had a no-​show the week before with another company.
These guys charged less than anyone else I talked to and gave an itemized quote so I knew exactly what I was paying for — very helpful when everyone else wanted $ 150 just cause or had a crazy high minimum for something that doesn’t actually take up a my of room in a truck.
Texted a picture in the morning, got a quote right away and was super reasonable, came for a same day pick up an hour later. They were right on time and were in and out in under 10 minutes.

Moved into a new office and my bosses ended up bringing over alot of unwanted stuff and tasked me with getting rid of it. I called every donation spot in the city and though some were nice would take used office furniture. Then a friend of mine texted me about delete so i gave em a buzz and they were they showed up the same day. Super friendly and fast workers and for the stuff i had to get rid of a good price. If you need to get rid of office stuff hit these guys up.

This is an exceptional service. The service was exactly as advertised — I sent pictures of the items to be removed, which were about 8 boxes of goods to be donated, 2 large wooden crates, and a large pile of cardboard. I got a price estimate and a time within the day. Then 2 people came to remove everything. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient — everything was gone in about 30 minutes total. It was so easy. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Adrian and Andrew are amazing and super nice! The whole process was super fast, I have to get rid of a lot of woods and they help me get rid of it in less than 15 minutes. They are on time and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of their stuff! (:

I had a mattress which I needed to get rid of. So I just laid it outside my place since I was wasn’t home and the guys came and picked it up. It was easy and convenient!
However, a few cons were — their messaging system wasn’t working so I had to call them up multiple times to schedule a pick-​up. And the only way to pay them was to give your credit card info over email (including your cvv number). I hope they implement a better way for payments, but I’d definitely recommend them!

Heaven sent!
The process could not be easier and friendlier if they tried. While not a single soul on Taskrabbit seems to ever be available, and Salvation Army etc have a month long waiting list, these guys were available immediately and perfectly matched my available times. Adrian was a sweetheart: It took all of 10 min of my time, and the price was very fair. I’ll spread the word.

These folks are fantastic! I texted them photos of my stuff. They gave me a quote. Came by and picked it up within a couple hours. It was so fast and so easy! Other companies by comparison have all this bullshit where you have to set an appointment and then they won’t tell you the cost until they show up. I loved the fact I didn’t have to sit on the phone, didn’t have to wait, and could agree on price before work started. Highly recommended.

Junkeroo is my new favorite hauling company! 2 strong men showed up on time at my Noe Valley apartment building this week, removed some long overdue trash & filled up their Toyota pick up with the load. Vince & Phil are great helpers,
and my go to haulers from now on.

Lifesaver! Nate and his crew are amazing. Fast, priced right, easy to work with, trustworthy and thorough.
I had scheduled the city service to do a large item pickup as we moved out of a rental house. Two days later, I get a call from my former landlord concerned that «the pile» had not been picked up and she was showing the house. On a weekend, when scheduling can be tough.
I contacted Junkeroo by text, getting an immediate response from Nate. He had his guys do the job within a few hours, took my payment over the phone SSN confirmed everything was complete. The first company that I contacted could «squeeze me in» a day later, and was going to charge me four times what Junkeroo cost.

Junkeroo removed a couch and mattress for me and they were on time, fast, super organized and reasonably priced. Their service is so easy to use. You just text them with photos of the items you need taken away, they send you a quote and you schedule a pickup — same day if you need it. The two men who helped me said the items were in good shape and they would be donated. They were very polite and professional. Great experience!

I was having a really hard time finding anyone to pick up my donations of clothing and some furniture in SF. I randomly found Junkeroo on Unilocal and thought I’d give it a try and it’s been the best choice I’ve made in a long time. Everything was done quickly over text making my very busy life much easier. The pickup was scheduled same day and they were able to fit me in for an additional pick up later in the day for a much larger item. I’m thrilled beyond words and will be using this service forever. This might very well have been the easiest furniture transaction I’ve ever been involved in. Within an hour after contacting Junkeroo about removing an unwieldy and unwanted desk from my apartment, two guys were here for an affordable price, taking it away. If they are able to donate it, all the better, but I’m just so relieved and delighted to have it gone! The movers were super nice and didn’t bang up the walls. Such a great experience!

Doing some cleaning, and wound up with bags full of items I no longer wanted. I look up donation spots/​consignment stores, but with no car (as is common in SF!) how am I to lug all this stuff? Two very pleasant and strong people were at my place within 30 minutes! Perfect for taking away items for donations and possible trash. I like that they donate as much as they can. Reasonable price too! If you are moving and too tired/busy/don’t want to move anymore stuff out of the building and take to Goodwill, then give Junkeroo a text with a picture of your items. Plus how can one go wrong with a company that ends in –roo, besides Kangaroo it really is underutilized. Thanks!
