David Larkin Construction

I hired David Larkin to do a remodel project in my bathroom. David hails from Limerick, Ireland, but has lived with his family in San Francisco for more than 25 years. David was very meticulous with prepping walls, painting, and installing new fixtures. His rates were very competitive and he did good work; he always phoned to let me know when he would be coming over. I had a few delays in the project while we waited for fixtures to arrive; during this time he took on a few larger construction projects, which stretched out completion of my project. But he was always helpful about going to showrooms and picking up heavy fixtures with his truck. Billing himself as a general contractor, he is fully bonded and licensed. David is comfortable with kitchen and bathroom remodels, carpentry, electrical and finish work. I will contact him for my next project.
