They have automated kiosk ATMs for convenience and still have the personal touch.
Great balance at this location despite being in one of the busiest parts of the planet.
Do yourself a favor and bank with Chase!

Wow downhill. The facilities are very nice and modern. They keep the place clean. The tellers when they are in a nasty mood can really try the customers patience. There are some transactions that NEED to be with a person because they are credited to my account differently than if I use the cool machines. I’m so sorry the teller needs to go in teller booth. That’s what is required of my transaction; so, please don’t throw me attitude. And please don’t pretend you’re doing me a favor by waiving the fee when in fact you’re taking the time to charge me, which should be there so I’ll call to have someone take it off. Really. the service and quality of this branch has dropped.

I had kind of a crisis situation with the ATM here and Bill was incredibly quick to help as was very professional. Overall, I’m very happy to be a Chase customer and I typically receive great service like this at every branch I go to.

I just walked out of this agency, I was simply looking for rolls of quarters; I always do $ 100 at once, so I don’t bother people too many times with this. The lady at the front desk walked off for a bit, and then came back making up some rule, that I couldn’t get more than $ 20 because I was not a Chase client, and did so with an oddly «superior» tone. I know it’s made up because I’ve been there before and have done exactly this, as well as in a few other nearby banks when needing rolls of quarters, and it was never a problem.
I didn’t make a fuss and left, but I thought that this tells long about this lady’s abilities with being helpful and nice to people.
Fun fact: i’m actually leaving my bank these days, and in the process of looking for another one. Chase wasn’t necessarily higher than other particular banks at the moment, but since this is the closest Chase Bank from where I live, I guess that sorts it for Chase…

This branch is absolutely awesome, the entire facility is clean, modern and spacious. Services are efficient and staff members are friendly.
The new technology I mentioned in the first review is actually known as express banking kiosks.
Definitely props because this is among one of the few banks open on Sunday. This is a plus and added convenience for a lot of customers.

Never in my life have I enjoyed going to the bank to use an ATM. Yes, there were people there and I could’ve withdrawn my money from the teller, but I wanted to use the nice and shiny ATMs!
For starters, this is located conveniently in the heart of Union Square. The location is clean and modern. The employees are also very friendly. A really good thing about this location is that you need your card to enter. This is good especially when it’s after hours so that you have more safety.
So, the ATM machine is the best thing in the world. Yes, it amazes me why this isn’t the norm, but the machine will give you your money in whatever denomination you’d like… if you want $ 100, $ 20, $ 10, $ 5, etc. I think that’s the best thing ever. I wish all ATMs would do that! Thanks Chase!

I don’t have a local bank, so obtaining quarters for laundry is kind of a pain in the a$$. This chase bank has been very accommodating & will provide quarters (I’m not a chase bank member) and the fancy touch screen ATM’s providing different size bills $ 100’s & $ 5’s makes it ideal for city living.
I wish more ATM’s would be so accommodating!
My only sadness is this service isn’t available 24/​7, but they are open on Saturdays & Sundays so it still is my favorite bank to visit.
There’s a $ 3 ATM service fee for any transaction which is pretty standard for the tourist district.

So cool. I wish we had chase ATM’s like this here. The ATM machines were more advanced than I had seen before. It is also nice that you use your card to get into the area so you don’t have to worry about someone sneaking up behind you. It was also very convenient to where we were staying.

This is the flagship of Chase bank, situated at the heart of Union Square. There are 4 touchpad ATM machine insde the bank. The tellers are super nice. Highly recommended.
