Very convenient! This bank is by the freeway and bart station. Perfect for anyone who needs to go to the bank before going anywhere

Never a line. Maybe one person ahead. Friendly staff tellers bankers.
Needed to have something printed from my account. wasn’t a problem for them and they didn’t act like it was a problem. Very professional.

Only came here since they have a parking lot. but if you want to park in front of this place, it can be limited depending on what time and day you go. But if you dont mind walking, you can park a bit far in the parking lot.
This place is very clean and very spacious. They offer coffees near the front entrance. Theres sofa that you can sit if you had to wait.
Service was not bad. Even though it wasn’t busy on the day i went, still Had to wait about 10 minutes or so in line since there was only two tellers while theres one person in front of me and two tellers each had a customers. But when it was my turn, the teller was quick in depositing the money i had to do for my brother. Maybe least than 5 minutes just to deposit money. She was friendly too.

Too busy trying to bundle up add ons that they push products that have no use for the customer.
I agreed to open a credit card after opening a checking account with my banker after he explained 0% APR for one year and I can do a balance transfer on my current credit card. I already told him I was happy with the interest rate on my current Chase card but if I can do a balance transfer with 0% APR, I’m willing to open one. I input my password for my online banking clearly stating I already have a Chase cc but we can go ahead and open a Chase Slate card to do this balance transfer. One week after receiving my new Slate card, I go into this branch to do my balance transfer and quickly get shut down because apparently you can’t do a balance transfer from a Chase Disney card to a Chase Slate card!
After telling my banker I don’t need another cc, both of us looking at my online banking seeing I already have a Chase card, and still open me a new card knowing my intention to do a balance transfer which apparently can’t be done, is wrong. I didn’t give him hints, didn’t imply, and wasn’t subtle. I directly told him I’m doing a balance transfer from another Chase card and if he knew it couldn’t be done, yet open me a new card, is a shady business practice.
I won’t do business with this branch and will be cashing my checks elsewhere but I give them two stars because their tellers are genuinely friendly and their customer service is outstanding. However, trying to bundle me with products that doesn’t help me and potentially decreasing my credit score is not a place that truly cares about my financial needs.

Always stellar customer service. There is usually an employee at the door waiting who greets you as you enter and asks what they can help you with. So attentive to the needs of the customer. I love having the bank within walking distance too.

A completely different district and they still be sending me junk mail. Never stepped in the door and never will.

Great addition to Oceanview shopping center — friendly tellers and bankers, lots of parking, and brand new branch with clean ATM area.
