Three cheers for Mannie, our hero and savior! Clock ticking, less than an hour to go in Super Bowl City madness and he made a miracle happen. Definitely will be using C&M again, though hopefully under less hectic circumstances next time.

Went with C&M limos again for another trip up to Napa. As before, Mannie and team are professional and incredibly accommodating. My party of 8 had a wonderful time in their newly upgraded white Chrysler limo. There’s plenty of room to comfortably hold 8 people plus all the wine. Bonus is the newer AV/​iphone attachments and charging.

This past weekend I booked a limo to drive us around the city for my cousin’s bachelorette party. I booked everything super late but yet Mannie was still able to make it work for us which worked out great, but next time I will def. call ahead of time. Our driver was amazing! Reid treated us like queens and waited until we got in the clubs and was outside within seconds as soon as I texted him we were ready to go on to the next adventure. He was also very knowledgeable of the city and knew exactly what to suggest when we ask where to go next. We had an unforgettable night and I’m so glad we had Reid as our driver! I can’t wait to work with C&M services again!

C&M is 5 stars all the way. We had Mark as our driver for our 60^th birthday celebration on the 4^th of July. A 6 hour do what we want Limo and Mark met all of our expectations and then some. He took us to dinner, then to desert, and then down to the waterfront and somehow wrangled our way right to where the fireworks were shooting off. He did it with class and style and he was responsible for finding us a place that served crème brûlée (my favorite) for desert. He really did and excellent job. Showed us how to work things in back and the car was clean, comfortable and stocked. I will never take any other Limo company but these guys. So glad I looked on Unilocal first. He was on time, courteous, funny, personable, and intelligent. can’t wait to use them again. I hope we get Mark as our driver.

I am so pleased with the services of Mannie who coordinated my Napa Valley Wine Trip all the way to Tom who was our driver of the day. Mannie was able to negotiate a fair price that beat all the limo companies I contacted and his responses were quick. Our limo driver Tom arrived on time and was great throughout the trip. Tom was knowledgable with the area and was able to take us to our destinations safe and sound. He was super nice and we enjoyed his company throughout the drive. I just wanted to say how happy my mom was with her car service today. The driver was punctual and courteous, the car was beautiful, and the ride was so smooth. Everything went perfectly. If we need to do this again, we will definitely call you.

C&M is the best service in the Bay! Manny is super accomodable and very responsive. I use C&M for both work and personal parties and have used them about a dozen times. Their vehicles are clean, up-​to-​date and reliable. Most importantly, they are always on-​time. Tom is a fantastic driver as well, he’s very cheerful and knows his way around the entire bay area.
They email the invoice to you right away, which makes it easy for work purposes.

Sent a friendly email, mentioning I saw the company’s great reviews on Unilocal,asking about availability for this weekend, and this guy replies as curt and discourteously as I think a person could without adding: «So fuck you.» at the end.
Definitely won’t even consider in the future.
Re: His reply here. In my email to him I *asked* very nicely and with the expectation of him being unable to accommodate me, which I said in the email. His snide reply to my review here really shows his true colors. He’s only nice if he’s getting your money.

I recently celebrated my bachelorette party in San Francisco and had the pleasure of meeting Manni. We took a day trip to Napa Valley and Manni drove us there. He was extremely professional, courteous, and had excellent suggestions for tours and nice vineyards to check out. When we were done, he was always promptly ready to pick us up with zero wait time and take us to the next vineyard. Highly recommended and would definitely use the company again! Thanks Manni :)

Mannie was great to work with leading up to our wedding. He is incredibly punctual and you can pretty much guarantee an email response from him within the hour, if not 5 minutes.
He made me feel comfortable leading up to the wedding, because I could tell he was organized and on top of things. You can tell he is experienced and knows his business. It’s a great feeling when you can fully trust your vendors.
The day-​of driver, Mark, was great! He made our day so much easier than it otherwise could have been. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Really just a great person, and we appreciated him so much. ESPECIALLY dealing with all of the traffic in San Francisco on the day of our wedding.

C&M provided the limo service for my wedding day to transport the entire wedding party and our photographer. I had contacted him first back in June 2014 and I checked back every few months until the day before the wedding to make sure everything was on track. Mannie was on the ball and even upgraded us to a nice Lincoln Navigator limo the day before the wedding. It was an extremely gracious offer by Mannie and the extra room proved to be an excellent bonus.
Norm, our driver, was extremely courteous and prompt. He waited patiently as we stopped at numerous locations for our photos. He navigated the routes with ease and we could not have asked for better. The limo was clean, came with water on ice, and had plenty of glasses and flutes for our use.
One recommendation I have is to bring a bag for trash. It will help you with clean up at the end of the journey, since your trash will be in one bag ready to carry out.
This is one company you can definitely trust for your important days. Thanks Mannie and Norm!

I’ve used C&M for years and they have always done a fantastic job. Their cars and SUVs are clean and the drivers are very professional and accommodating. I have even hired C&M to drive my daughters for special events and have always treated my kids with respect.
Any time you want reliable honest and safe transportation use C&M you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about the experience we had with C&M Limousines. We recently booked a full day trip for 14 of us to go from San Francisco to Napa. Manny was extremely helpful in coordinating our reservation, and our driver Tom was absolutely AWESOME! They are very professional, on-​time, and very flexible with our plans for the day. I would absolutely recommend them!

Yes, Manny is nice on the phone when you are booking his service. Professional, prompt response to any questions I had.
Then came our night out in SF. Limo showed up on time. Driver was chatty and somewhat annoying. But the problem was the smell. Stale nasty beer. So nasty that we had to drive with the windows open to try to breathe. The smell was so rank that the next night when we grabbed our coats to go out we gagged on the smell. After complaining to Manny he offered to pay for dry cleaning for our coats if we provided receipts. Nice, but lame. Put the work back on the dissatisfied customer!!!
The smell wasn’t my only complaint. Ice was provided for bottled waters. They didn’t supply ice to make cocktails. But the smell and lack of ice were not all… dirty, nasty cups. Big black long hair in one, chewed gum in another.

I cannot speak more highly of C & M Limousines and the service Mannie provides. I contacted him at the last minute (we’re talking days before a wine tasting trip for 12 in mid-​March) and he was accommodating, flexible and fair. At no time did I feel that Mannie was taking advantage of me because of my desperate situation.
We ended up booking a stretch SUV for 7 hours, complete with sparkling wine, colorful paneling lights, hardwood floors and a great sound system. His rates were competitive and, by far, the best available at that time. I called 9 or 10 different companies in the Bay Area and was delighted to get a referral to C & M because the prices were fair, the service was top-​notch and the experience was everything we could have hoped for.
The vehicle itself was great. It sat 8 – 9 of us in the main body and then 2 – 4 in the back seating area. The arrangement was like a rectangle along the body of the car and then a slightly elevated square seating area just behind that. It was very inclusive and worked perfectly. We inquired about seating more than 12 guests but Mannie was adamant about complying with the law and was concerned for our safety and the legality of his business. Very respectable.
We drove from San Francisco (The Ferry Building) up to Napa to visit a few wineries for tastings. Tom was our driver and he was great. Very nice guy and very accommodating. When we left San Francisco, he even asked if we had a preferred route, in case we had any out-​of-​towners who wanted a view of the Golden Gate Bridge on the drive up. Tom kept us on schedule, which was great because some companies will let you run late and then charge you overage fees, fuel, toll, etc. Tom was on top of it and was never annoyed with our large group throughout the day.
Mannie followed up with me after the trip and before charging my card, which was a nice final touch. I paid only what we agreed, which was all-​inclusive, and I find that a rarity these days among car services. Next time I need transportation, C & M will be my first — no, only call.

We booked a company trip to Napa. They gave us a great rate and even a complimentary upgrade to a bigger (and amazing) vehicle. Our driver was great too!
As the other reviews make clear, these guys go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. Given that most other limo companies don’t even know what customer service is, C&M blows the competition out of the water.
We’ll definitely use them again!
