We are committed to using the best ingredients from the best local suppliers, as well as a variety of French imports. All of our breads and pastries are organic and baked fresh daily. All of our dairy products and the majority of our produce are also organic.
We offer a variety of unique French beverages as well as favorite American ones. We have a full espresso bar for your custom coffee drink needs, and our coffee beans are supplied by Graffeo coffee, long considered a top name in high-quality coffee.

The Butler and the Chef was opened in 2001 and chef Joel Martin has run & operated the bistro since march 2004.
