History
Established in 2014.
Bulldog Baths Dog Resort started in 2014. First we built out an incredible facility with luscious full wall gardens, comfy wall-to-wall pet turf, and state-of-the-art ventilation. Next we insured that Pack Leaders not only have a love and passion for canine creatures, but have also earned their certifications from the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA). Then we implemented ongoing cleaning procedures using industry recognized dog-friendly sanitizers and enzymatic cleaners. Finally we designed customized activities to fit the needs of every dog.
We are proud to be making a difference in our Tenderloin Village as a strong contributor to the downtown renaissance with all its diversity, history, and culture. Our history really began in in 1930’s as the first and largest gay bathhouse, the Turk Street Baths. The facility did a makeover in the 1970’s and was reintroduced as the Bulldog Baths gay bathhouse. We are proud to honor that history.
