I actually relaxed on my vacation! I have an old lady cat who has special needs and I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to find someone who would be able to give her subQ fluids and medicine and make sure she was loved and cuddled every day while I was gone, but Michelle was just amazing. She sent photos and letters every day about how everything was going and I knew my little old lady was in good hands right away. So relieved I found Au Purr! My kitty was totally happy, healthy, and chill when I got home. Thank you thank you!

Au Pur is one of the best services I’ve ever used! I recently went on a two week trip to Asia, and my friend who usually cat sits for me just moved. It was so easy to get registered and set up the visits. I got to meet the owner Jille and my sitter, Emerald before I left, which gave me so much peace of mind. I felt good entrusting them with my baby while I was away. The best part is that there are pet journals available online after each visit. I really looked forward to seeing pictures of my cat and hearing how he was doing. It was nice to know someone was spending time with him while I was away. Emerald also watered the plants and brought in our mail, and it was nice to come home to a much happier cat and an apartment that was in pretty good order. I would HIGHLY recommend Au Pur to anyone who needs someone to take care of their fur baby.

AU PURR IS THE BEST KITTY SITTER EVER! They send us daily photos that help us feel less guilty about leaving our 3 cats at home when we’re on vacation. We also love their website that lets us schedule dates online, and pay online too. So convenient and professional. They send daily notes about what our 3 boys are doing, and the expressions of our pets in their photos make it very clear they are comfortable and happy with all Au Purr’s caregivers. That lets us relax and enjoy our vacation!

So so happy I found Au Purr! We use them about once a month and have never been disappointed with any of the sitters. We typically have Colby, who is wonderful. All the sitters write pet journals every day, so you know exactly what’s going on and they always include some photos. Easy scheduling, great service and nice people! They are a little pricey, but it’s worth it for peace of mind!

Jille has watched our cat (s) for many years — almost 5 I think now. My 11 year old baby is a bit of a crabby one but she does great with Jille. She has expanded the team recently and everyone seem just as great as Jille.

Highly recommend the Au Purr team! They watched my cat, Pippa, for over a week while I was out of town and I was so pleased to come home to a very happy cat and no surprise messes. I received daily updates with darling pictures of Pippa (great photography skills too!) that reassured me that she was in good hands. I even came home to a sweet note from Au Purr. You can tell that the team really loves cats and cats love them — my usually shy kitty came right out to greet her new friend on their first visit. To top it off, the online scheduling/​payment system is easy and convenient. Will definitely trust the Au Purr team again for future trips!

i would 100% recommend jille and team. they are incredibly organized and very communicative. i was gone for 2 weeks and was freaking out about who would watch my cats. they provided daily updates along with photos. it was a such a relief knowing they were in good hands! totally worth every penny! and side bonus, they will water your plants, collect mail, take out the trash etc. the small details.

Update: still using Au Purr and still LOVING it. Jille has continued to be awesome. I love her entire team and fully trust them to hang out with my cats while i’m gone.
I really trust and appreciate Jille and Au Purr. I’ve used her service a few times and I always feel so relieved knowing that my cats are in good hands. Its a responsible service catered to cats only which makes me feel extra secure. Jille is obviously a great cat person and is very in tune with my cats and knows how to handle them both and they have very opposite personalities. She also has a very calming presence about her so its nice to know that my cats will feed off of that when they are stressed from our (rare) absences. She is very cool about taking special instructions or request and makes sure to iterate theses during the check in emails that she sends daily. I have never had any issues and will always be a loyal customer. And I think my cats appreciate that consistency as well.

I’ve got no idea how Jille does it, but, when I return home, my cat is happy, purring, and ultra-​affectionate, and always in a better mood than when I left. If anything I’m pretty sure my cat looks forward to having me out of the house so she can play with Jille. The daily updates and photos are awesome, Jille is also super responsible with my home, even did a bit of cleaning up after my cat, completely on her own initiative. You could not ask for a better cat sitter.

There’s no question about it: Jille is the best.
And now I don’t feel quite so badly telling you all how amazing she is since she is once again accepting new clients (so frustrating to hear about a great service that you can’t get!).
We have one VERY social kitty and one VERY shy kitty. The shy one typically goes into deep hiding whenever someone other than us is home (and sometimes even when we are home but making too much noise for her tastes). Somehow Jille always manages to get her out and about and even gets the kitty on her lap for cuddle time (something not even we can do). How do I know this? Because Jille sends a daily email, with photo, documenting her visit and letting us know how the kitties are doing. She definitely has a way with kitties, that much is clear. And she runs her business professionally and efficiently, with appointments scheduled online. Always a plus! I never have a moment of worry leaving town when I know Jille will be checking in on our babies.

I have to say Jille is a fantastic cat sitter. I have worked with many cat sitters, and she is clearly the best. Not only does she spend quality time with my cats, she gives a daily report, and sends pictures via email. While traveling, we look forward to her photos! She is even making friends with my unfriendly Siamese cat. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provides.

We are so happy to have found Jille. We are not particularly friendly towards strangers and especially hate when our humans leave us whether it’s for one day or seven days. By day 3, Jille had me (Romeo) out of my bunker (which is usually where I stay when mom and dad are gone).
The humans did really appreciate the updates with pictures; made them feel at ease that we were well and were not destroying anything.
Excellent, professional service… highly recommend by both the four legged and two legged kind!

Jille and her sitting service can be summed up in one word: AWESOME! She’s really friendly and professional, puts pet owners at ease right away, is easy going and put simply, IS A MUST for your pet sitting needs. She spends time with your pets, plays with them, AND THEN SENDS YOU AN EMAIL ABOUT HER VISIT!!! She even includes pictures! She now has an online service that allows you to book and view visits if you’re the busy sort! She’s the bees knees, and the cat’s meow! Again, SHE’S AWESOME! Thank you, Jille! We’ll be using you for all our pet sitting needs from now on.

‘Guilt free’ is my mantra for 2010. With that being said, I kicked off the new year by ditching my kitty for the Vegas strip. Thanks to the amazing, personalized service provided by Jille at Au Purr, I knew she was going to be in great hands. I didn’t have a single regret!
Sure enough, Jille emailed me daily, detailed updates along with photos of the lovebug being spoiled rotten. My cat received undivided attention for an hour every day and even received a fabulous coat brushing.
When I returned home, my apartment was in pristine condition. As for Padmae, she was content and like my last time away, was not concerned that I had been missing.
Once again, a five star experience. Au Purr will definitely remain an ally throughout my year of ‘guilt free’ living.

Did you know that the head mistress of Au Purr is a quantified «Cat Whisperer»? It’s true, I’ve seen it with my own eyes. She sings the sweetest of melodies to the «Kittens» as they drift off to dreams of dancing mice and bouncing kitty treats. Our Domino loves Jille and I can always rest assured knowing he is getting the best of care with Au Purr… it’s like having Mary Poppin’s as a nanny to your sweet furry children while you’re away! Au Purr offers reliable, professional care that you can trust. I’ve been very impressed and happy with the services Au Purr has provided for Domino. We consider Au Purr to be our on call singing nanny service… :)

I have used Au Purr’s services about a dozen times and the one word I would use to describe the service is PERFECTION. Jille, the owner & head cat mistress is a true professional and quite the cat whisperer. I always return home to cozy, fed, brushed, and loved kitties. I sometimes wondered if my cats wanted me to leave town more often so they could hang out with Jille. Au Purr is a great resource! Reasonable rates, impeccable service, and Jille is very easy to talk to and trust. She even rocks at giving my cat medicine, which is no easy task. If you love your kitty (or kitties!) and need to be gone from your home, Au Purr is purrrfect. :)
