As a sign up bonus I reinvest a percentage of the program cost back into you because girl, you deserve it. I provide you a week’s (or 2) worth of breakfast to kick start your journey (and metabolism!). One less thing to worry about at 7am.
History
Established in 2015.
Barefaced and Healthy was established in 2015, the year of many changes. The year of moving overseas, starting a health coaching practice and taking a leap of faith.
After receiving my certificate after completing my course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I wanted to create a place where my clients and potential clients could visit and get to know me, read blog posts about topics they wanted to read about, and recipes to help them on their wellness journey.
