I’ve been 100% pleased while working with Mr Rosenthal and my dealings with Mr. Raymond while they help me with my bankruptcy proceedings. They’ve been professional, friendly, attentive, considerate, and helpful. They speak with me as if I’m a human worthy of their attention, always return my calls, and have given me the ability to breathe again (metaphorically). I can’t recommend them enough. John and Allan know what they’re doing. From the initial free consultation with Allan through the hearing itself everything was professional, efficient, and streamlined. Fees were quoted upfront and spelled out, plus dates/​times and other responsibilities were clearly communicated, with reminders built into the process. No one wants to go through this process if they don’t have to, but if you do you should have confidence that you’re in great hands.

I agreed to walk an older friend through a bankruptcy and I chose the Bankruptcy Center based on their reviews. I’ve stuck with her through the process and I am not disappointed. Allan listened to her carefully and had things in motion before we left the office. I did legal work when I was younger and I can testify, the man is a whirlwind, a powerhouse of a paralegal and he knows his business. He did in fact come up with a creative solution that fit her unusual circumstance.

Had an initial consultation with Allen in the office. Very impressed with his knowledge and patience! All they do is bankruptcies and many years experience. Took time to answer all my questions and left the office feeling he was a great guy. I will defiantly hire this firm when the time is right.

I had the worst experience with 2 attorneys. I lost all hope and decided to give it one more try to fix my dept. situation so I came across this bankruptcy center and spoke to Allan. He gave me so much straight foward information and automatically made me hopeful again. I made an appointment right away and when I met him with all my information, he laid everything out for me from how long it was going to take to tips on how I can start restoring my credit. I have worked with Allan and John the last 10 years. Very responsive and dedicated to their clients. I was struggling financially and couldnt stop the financial nightmare I was in. I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy back in 2007 to alleviate credit card debt so that I could pay back taxes. I dealt mostly with paralegal Alan Rosenthal but John was great as well. After 5 years of monthly payments my case closed last month. The feeling of relieve from undue financially burden is priceless, my debt was ruling my life and really leading to depression. Bankruptcy was the most difficult decision my family has ever had to make. We were so plagued with student loan payments that we couldn’t afford to live. After hearing, «no we can’t help you,» from countless attorneys a simple Google search lead me to Alan Rosenthal and John Raymond.
I highly recommend this firm. Alan is very knowledgeable and John is extremely patient and attentive. The best thing is the cost was a quarter of the amount other lawyers were going to charge. Chapter 13 bankruptcy gave my family a fresh start.

Definitely five stars. First, they are very nice people, but they are working hard at the same time, so you know things are getting done but that you matter at the same time.
I was attracted by the slogan about creative solutions, so I crawled onto their shores to try to salvage my situation, so dire from trusting the wrong people, and find new life again.
It worked, and their fees are so minimal that it is almost hard to fathom in a world of punishment economics. Very patient and thorough, very efficient, and they know their field backwards and forwards. There was always more information given to me than I even thought I was asking for– but it was all useful and none of it hot air.
I feel like sending them a Christmas present… That’s the kind of people we’re talking about. Allies.

Alan knows his stuff. Very quick and efficient. And patient. It took me a few years to pay and he worked with me the whole time. Very professional. I would highly recommend them both.

I went through a REALLY rough time about 7 years ago. My son had cancer, my husband of 20+ years left us for another playmate and my bills were mounting up. I also had back surgery, so it was crazy for me! Luckily my doctor told me about John Raymond, as he used to have an office in Pacifica. Make sure you have ALL your bills together and get out of those harassing phone calls and that feeling of desperation. I must admit I really did not want to file bankruptcy however due to a substantial loss in income ie the ex. That’s why they call them The Ex right. I really had no choice. Lesson don’t carry someone’s debt in your name. I went crazy over this for a while. Then I went to see Allan the paralegal at the Bankruptcy Center, those guys are great. Allan really put me at ease in no time. I knew in minutes I was making the right decision. Allan clearly has been doing this way too long, very competent. Also they were very forgiving with a payment schedule whereas it took me some time to pay the entire fee off. Money well spent, just the lack of stress alone. The court date was painless it took longer to find the place then the actual proceeding.

Chapter 7 Seven Dischargement of Debt is a Byaaaatch. I paid about $ 1500.00+ to take care of it all. Not bad. trust me. I saw quotes of $ 2000.00+ My case was alittle complicated. but Doable. I chose complete dischargement. I was able to keep my Chevron Card and a few other credit cards… Go figure!
I bought the «Chapter 7 How to File Book» from Nolo Press. via Amazon.(I will be Unilocaling them both) Even with my legalese background… I could not do it alone. Nope. After Research, stress, sweat and fretting… I found Allan H. Rosenthal… the Gatekeeper @ .

Allan??? Well lets just say… the man is talented with a capital T. He is not a Lawyer. He is a Paralegal. An Author at Nolo. He handles most of the paperwork communication payment of Fees… ie… Dinero Money CASH or Money Orders… fools… they are no joke… No you cannot pay for you Bankruptcy filing and consultation via a credit card doh! or a check!!! hahaha c’mon.
